The location is a bit far from the market, and the Wi-Fi is terrible, lacking signal in the rooms and around the pool. If you need internet, you'll have to wander around the lobby. I sent this message to booking.com, which has been mentioned in all previous reviews, but they insist on refusing to resolve the issue. While they try to appear friendly when you go to the lobby, their every expression is almost angry.

The hotel was clean and well-located, though far from the market, close to the beach. The bar and dining room staff (except those in the lobby) were friendly.

The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. Not all of them spoke English, but they always did their best to assist us.

The place was spotless – both the rooms and the facilities were very clean. Parking was available within the premises, and there was a luggage room for early check-in, which was very convenient. We had some problems with the air conditioning, and after several attempts by the technician to fix it, we were eventually moved to another room. The food selection wasn’t very wide, but the salad bar had many options. The buffet always included nice vegetables and side dishes, along with 2–3 types of meat and 1 type of fish. We especially enjoyed the Bulgarian night – the traditional food and dances were a wonderful experience. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing, perfect for relaxing after a hot day. Our children really enjoyed the games room too, especially the foosball, air hockey, and ping pong tables. We requested a late check-out and were kindly granted an extension, which we appreciated.

No wifi!

No wifi connection! I know, you don’t go to holiday to stay on line, but when the only way to conect is this one, it’s a problem…the staff…be aware when you make the reservation…i have made a res for my mom but at the res was a big issue…btw, thank you, the gent from the front office which was kind enough to pass his personal tel for me to speak with my mom

The soups and main dishes were a bit too oily.

Overall very nice, the staff friendly, room and facilities clean. Salads were fresh. The pool was big enough, always clean, and well maintained. Easy to reach the beach, 7 minutes walk.

Our room was above the terrace and we could hear the music with the door closed. Also, the Wi-Fi wasn t great.

The room was spacious and clean. The meals were variated. They have a bar near the pool with drinks (alcohol and non-alcohol) and snacks like pizza, french fries, salad. The distance from the hotel to the Old Town is about 3.5 km. We took the bus (2 stations) and it was 2 leva - one ride. You can also walk (35-40 min). The hotel parking in 10 leva/day.

The wi-fi in the room was non-existent, you could only catch some in the lounge. The cooked food was mediocre and didn't taste nice at all, except the fruits, veggies and sweets.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was nice. The pool bar was open till late at night and you could have grabbed as many drinks as you wanted.

The room was not cleaned on a daily basis, and the cleaners were lazy, rude and argued when I asked the beddings to be changed and the room to be hoovered as it was not for a week. The food was poor quality. Limited parking spaces.

Location and accommodation. For a 3-star hotel was excellent maintained. 👌 The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful.

They left in the room a card and chocolates for my father 70th birthday and they were very kind and understanding when later that morning we found out our grand mother passed away. We had to leave just after one night of the stay and they were very suportive and accepted to refund us the rest of the stay. I could not be more grateful and appreciative of them.

Food, Staff poor service

Even 1 is too much please guys stay away from this place is no need to give yourself stress. First the " all inclusive " is absolutely crap my whole family was starving. I had to pay 2 days in row to eat out and is not we are fussy is just the food uncooked. Just stay away don't think oh I cheap and is all inclusive believe me u won't eat there and u will spend more money out. So pay a bit more but u know your family will be OK and happy

Is a good hotel for a family ( we stayed there with our 4 year old child), the staff was very nice, the room was clean and the food was good, and also the bar was open for every drink that we wanted. It's very close to the beach like 10 minutes walking. It was our 3rd trip to Sunny Beach, but to be honest, this hotel is no 1😊, it exceeded my expectations.
