Perfect Hotel! Helpful and friendly staff, clean and fresh rooms, free parking, free wifi, and a convenient location near South Park, Paradise Mall, and the metro. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. The only maybe downside is that breakfast opt is not available.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel and were especially grateful for the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. During our trip from Romania to Bulgaria, our 1-year-old daughter unfortunately picked up a tick. Thankfully, one of the staff members quickly helped us find the nearest pediatric hospital, which was close by. Her prompt support made a stressful situation much easier for us.Although there is a car wash next to the building, we didn’t hear any noise since our room was on the opposite side. We also appreciated having a parking spot and a baby crib ready for us, just as we had requested.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional hospitality I received during my recent stay in Sofia. When I arrived, I was met with an unexpected public transport strike, which made my stay quite challenging. The receptionist went above and beyond to assist me in securing a taxi but was unfortunately unable to do so. To my pleasant surprise, one of the staff members generously offered me a ride in her private car. I insisted on offering her money for the ride, but she kindly refused. Her kindness truly made a significant difference in my day. While the hotel itself may be a regular establishment, it is the warmth and willingness of the team to help that truly stands out. The exceptional attitude and generosity of the staff have left a lasting impression on me. Thank you once again for welcoming me to Sofia. I look forward to my next visit!

If you're on night duty, give it a miss: the car wash below is very noisy indeed during the day (didn't worry us as we were out in the daytime) If you're going to make it an apartment, at least have some cutlery, a kettle that reaches the plug, and maybe a tea bag and a couple of coffee sachets. What is a guest supposed to do with the mugs?

For me it wasn’t a problem, but there is a car wash outside the Hotel that sometimes may be making noise during working days.

Clean, big and cozy room. The bathroom is also great and has a big shower. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, you also have a few bus stations around. Overall the hotel was great and we had an awesome New Year spent here. 😄
