The only thing we could have liked better is if the beds were slightly softer. Both me and my husband have issues with our backs and after relaxing in the water the beds undid a little bit of that feeling.

The staff was lovely, the hotel was very clean and the room had lots of space. The location was ideal - right next to the Roman thermi and the center of the town. Close to lovely restaurants yet far enough to not hear the noise. The Spa area was wonderful, we absolutely loved the pool. There is plenty of space for the jacuzzi without people having to be too close to each other, which other hotels disregard as an option. The water was clean and always warm. The breakfast was filling and good, a bit of everything for everyone. The fact that they have 24/7 bar is perfect and despite not having a restaurant for the lunch and dinner, they offer a delivery and cutlery from a restaurant nearby, so there is nothing missing during your vacation.

No hair dryer in the room. I want to correct the review -- there was a dryer in the drawer but we found it at the end of the stay.

the bathroom was perhaps not well planned. big bathtub with relatively small water heater does not allow for nice long bath, but also is not convenient to be used without any handles to get in and out, had to put one of the towels in to get out safely. the rack for curtain and the curtain itself could have been made with a bit higher quality products. the tap could also use some refreshment, there were two - one not working - and not working flawlessly. also this type of bed frame doesn't work great for connecting two singles into a double, causing rift to fall into and bedsheet to get wrapped up from the mattress. and why the big gap under the door?

location was really good, close to the train station and few steps from central attractions. personnel was very nice. spa was small but had everything needed, except the clock (I've seen comments before the stay and yes, its needed there). breakfast was plenty and finished items were replenished. the conveyor toaster was my absolute favorite! the overall feeling was pretty private and discreet. pool table and bar allowed for a nice evening while it rained, also the menu was available and food delivery was supported with cutlery and plates.

The hotel restaurant offers only breakfast, so you can't have lunch or dinner in the hotel. It's a bit inconvenient during summer time because it gets quite hot outside. The mattress in our room was a bit old and worn out. It gets uncomfortable to sleep after a few days.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, so you can actually really relax. Another plus is that it's also a 5-minute walk away from the mineral water springs. Our room was very spacious, more than initially expected. The hotel and its facilities were sparkling clean. The variety of SPA facilities and additional activities offered is quite vast for a 3-star hotel. The staff were very well-mannered and friendly which makes the stay all the more pleasant ☺️ Overall, I would recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back!

Everything was perfect!

Beautiful hotel, perfect location just beside the Momina Sulza spring and in downtown, close to restaurants and cafes. The private mineral water pool in the hotel was so clean and nice. We also got a massage with rose oil, very relaxing. Staff was kind and helpful ( special thanks to Daniela, Hristina and Miroslav). Very relaxing week, we will come again!

Comfortable, spacious room. Nice indoor pool and massages/spa treatments available on request at a reasonable price. Free parking on site. Good location next to the Roman baths and inside the Roman city walls.

All was good. The pool and the spa center are not very big, so might become a bit overcrowded, if there are more guests in the hotel. The beds were a bit squeaky.

The location is excellent- very quiet place, next to a park and to the centre of the town. The staff is friendly, the room was big and spacious, with everything needed.

It was clean, but it would be cleaner. The sofa is not very comfortable to sleep on it (a top matress could improve it) . There are no handles for the towels in the bathroom. And closing the front door is very noisy (if someone next to your room is closing the door, it could wake you up).

The hotel is nice, rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is great! The SPA zone is good enough for a small hotel. Girls at the reception are kind and helpful. Overall, we had very pleasant stay and would visit again C Comfort Hotel.

That the spa was not available at night was thoroughly disappointing, especially after a long road trip to get there; that the so-called hotel parking was off the grounds on a pile of dirt; that the balcony was open to the next hotel room guests, offering no privacy whatsoever; that the front of the hotel was torn up for repairs. Food was horrible, even though the employees did their best they could to please us. They put two beds together and they call it queen or king size, and the sheets are half the size of the bed!!! It is the guest that becomes his/her own room service. Tourism is not the Comfort Inn's forte. They are ok for emergency lodging. But I wouldn't call themselves COMFORT INN or COMFORT PALACE, please: it's word inflation!

The lady at the front desk was joyous and nice. The man who took her place in the evening was also pleasant and helpful. The spa was delightful. The mineral water of the area was perfectly used in an indoor pool that was great.

Not sure whether we were given the apartment we paid for. Too expensive for what you get. Breakfast was not accommodating diet options. Almost same breakfast every day with little variety. The TV channels were only 10 out of 1000 possible. There was no TV in the bedroom while there was one on the picture we got at the time of booking. At the SPA relax room they would play radio with too much advertising instead of calming music. The swimming pool was hot which is good but too hot for everyone’s taste. No restaurant for dinner. The bed was with an old squeaky mattress and the pillows not comfortable. Some staff was friendly some was cold and dismissive. The cleaning happens once every three days so we did not get our room cleaned or towels changed for 3 days until we left. The bathroom had no curtain so the floor would get really wet. With little attention could be improved as location and the hotel are nice.

Nice location, nice SPA area, nice bar and rest area with a billiard table. Not very busy even though the hotel was full. Pleasant surprise as you get a complementary bottle of wine. Nice peaceful park around. If you need peace and relax this is your spot. Close to the Center and restaurants and attractions.
