When travelling sold this was like home from home. The staff could not do enough for you, there was no drama, everyone was very friendly. The cleanliness was superb and service exceptional.i

Nice and friendly stuff that helps always when needed. They are not always in the hotel but are reachable by phone and respond immediately. They call taxi for you and help with everyday navigation in Sofia.

Proximity to a busy boulevard makes the noise unbearable. We have to keep the windows and doors closed all the time. The sewer pipes in entire neighborhood are old and smell bad. Internet was not reliable, but the stuff helped a lot to reboot the system. Guests and handymen smoke a lot and the smell is unbearable. It will be nice if the entire hotel is smoke free. One night we had a guest next door that smoked marihuana all night long. The hotel stuff is available on the phone only most of the time.

The location. We got an apartment because of healthy requirements. No smoking environments. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The cleaning stuff is extremely helpful and connects with the management immediately when asked for help.

Unfortunately, the staff doesn't speak English. For the early checkout (7am) I had to figure out what to do by myself, because there were no instructions. The reception is not 24h as announced which makes difficult to use the improvised luggage storage.

The place is clean, and the room was very spacious. The location was great for me since I was in a business trip, and it's close to the tram, bus and metro stops. Good value for money.

The furniture was really worn out, and the bed was horrible - old and uncomfortable. The room was exceptionally noisy - I could hear the cars on the main boulevard all night as well as everyone who was in the hotel lobby. This is a bad choice for light sleepers.

When i arrived around 17:00, i was late for my check in, it was no problem, but my room wasn’t cleaned, and i had to wait another 30 minutes for the staff to clean it, The AC is not working properly, no contacts near the beds.

It’s in a great spot where you could see the mountain Vitosha, it has a bus stop close to it.

The lack of accesible sockets, the old bed and old bathtub, the location was very difficult for picking up by taxi.

The hotel's facilities were very clean, including towels and sheets.

No lift so it was a bit difficult with a baby pram. The headboard had a lamp switch right where the pillow goes so every time I sat up on the bed and rested my back on the headboard the light would switch on.

The room was nice, the bed not so much. The matrass was very old and uncomfortable. It should have been changed long time ago, we had problems sleeping.

The manager gave our room, that we booked and paid in advance, for late-checkout to other guests and we had to wait 3 hours in temporary room until 19:00pm. When we complained, the manager told us "it is what it is, go find abother place if you are not happy".

Hotel Dalis is a small place but in a very nice neighborhood. It served perfectly my needs during the short vacation trip. The stuff is very helpful and nice. We keep in mind this place in our future travels.
