Staff could be more helpful, they didn't know about the events in town and hike around. Bedroom didn't be cleaned during our 3 nights of stay, they could did the bathroom once maybe ...

Spacious bedroom, really nice buffet in the morning and evening. Spa and swimming pool are appreciated. Localisation was great close to the old town and hiking departure. Nice view from the room.

There was issue with the water supply and TV programs a couple of hours. I do not like the quality of the internet connection, it was not stable.

We were basicly interested to visit the JAZZ Festival, the location was acceptable for that matter. The weather was rother rainy so there was no possibility to use the cable car to visit the mountine.

I changed the rooms twice because in the first room The AIR conditioner didn't have a remote. The second room didn't have a fridge and finally the third room was missing the hairdryer but I didn't have to use it for only one night of stay. But the staff was very helpful and considered everything. Thank you anyway. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. 👍

Carpet in the room is not a good solution. Didn't like a moldy smell in the SPA aria.

room service was a bit confusing as sometimes we had to ask for things that werent done but we were thinking maybe it was because of the time of year. and so wasnt as fully staffed up like it would be in the winter months.

The breakfast spread was great as there were plenty of choices to choose from and the same for the dinner in the evening. The saunas were great i used them almost every day. The hotel is only a short walk to the town and ski lifts..

When ordering food from the menu we never all four of us got what we ordered. It was pot luck what turned up on your plate!

The shower was not particularly great, and it was sometimes cold, hard mattresses ( if you have chronic pain like me, this can be an issue). There is a lot of noise overall in the building.

The staff was absolutely fantastic! They made my stay so much better! They resolved everything and made sure I had everything I needed. They were super friendly. Thank you all so much for making me feel welcome and making my stay wonderful! I will definitely come back because of all of you!

The restaurant was extremely hot (AC was off or not working ??) The hotel is somewhat old and you can tell - the furniture, the bathrooms, the SPA center, everything will benefit from a renovation. Breakfast starts late and the window is too short (2h starting at 8)

Super dog friendly! (only 20 leva surcharge per day) The hotel has everything you need for a relaxing vacation! The rooms have AC (important for Summer stay). The SPA center has all facilities we needed. (Steam bath was very good) The breakfast was ok, but it gets crowded.

The room was not very comfortable: the bathroom door didn’t close properly, the mattresses were too hard for me, and the sheets were too small. Average cleanliness.

The breakfast and dinner were both amazing, fresh and delicious. The free sauna was a great bonus. Staff were also very helpful and friendly.

I expected more from a 4 star hotel. Food for dinner was average, breakfast was better but still a average. AC in the room was not the best. Kids playroom is really small.

Good value for money. Room size was deacent for a family with 2 kids. The hotel has a nice spa area, and a small pool. Staff was friendly and helpfull.

Bed was a bit hard and pillows thin, but it may just be our room, which was budget one.

Breakfast was great, varied and tasty. I have been to sauna and pool an hour before closing time, so I had it all to myself and loved it! Furniture in the room was outdated and bed a bit hard for our taste, however it was all clean. Overall it is good value for the price you pay.

I didn't have any radiator to dry the bathrobe. We used a wet bathrobe for three days.

I like the SPA center, pool and fresh air outside.
