Everything was perfect!

The apartment was clean, recently renovated and had everything one could wish for. There is an accessible parking place. The pool was also very clean, not very big - but, most of the time, there were only couple of families at the same time. The host was very friendly and quickly answered our questions. If you stay here make sure to visit Dukov House restaurant, it is basically across the street, and it's probably one of the best restaurants in Bulgaria.

Perfect! Stylish new apartment with all you need! Rare gem. The flat is super clean, spacious comfortable and a real pleasure to stay in. It has absolutely everything you need. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, the sheets and towels are so soft, the balcony is well furnished, has its own parking space, WiFi is excellent, perfect location - metres from the beach, shops and restaurants We really enjoyed our stay there, in fact so much that we wanted to extend it. The host is responding very quickly to all request should needed. Thank you Guli! I would recommend that place to all my friends and will definitely come back. Kitchen was great but we missed a few things like microwave, more dishes. Private parking system is confusing. Upper parking area is quite crowded and sunny but you can not use parking in front of the building even if it is empty. Beach was not our favourite as we prefer hidden natural beaches. Here you can rent an umbrella and it's quite crowded. So we went to Balchik. Town is quite far 2.5km 30-35min walk.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and clean. We had a huge balcony with nice views and all we needed. Pool is great too, kids loved it.

The appartment was new with modern furniture. The kitchen had everything we need it. The pool big enough and clean. Guli, the host, was very nice and helpfull. When we will return to Kavarna we will surely chose the same location.

We enjoyed so much staying at Atea apartments. I liked the clean and spacious rooms. The seaview was also amazing and the fact that the beach is at 5 minutes distance from the apartment is incredible.

We liked the apartment, it was very clean and spacious. It had all the facilities needed. We also enjoyed the pool. The apartment building is close to the beach and there are also a few restaurants in the area.

I really liked that the location is in a less crowded resort. The apartment is located in an assembly of newly built blocks with all the utilities. All appliances in the apartment are top of the range. Elevator at the location and ramp for those who come with baby carriages. The pool is very well maintained by cleaning and sanitizing daily.

Everything was excellent! Vrey clean, great attention to details, you have everything you need or could wish for. Guli, our host was amazing! Best host you could wish for and she's really kind. She will make sure everyone has everything they need for a perfect holiday and will respond very quickly to messages. The apartments are very clean and well equipped. The building is very close to the beach, a 5 minutes relaxed walk. The pool was never too busy, so that is nice as well. Beds are really comfortable and there is air conditioning in every room. Truly recommend Atea Apartments for a perfect stay in Kavarna! And congratulations for having the most hard-working and amazing host - Guli!

The bed's mattress was very soft and wavy, not so comfortable. The only reason I am giving the score 9 and not a 10, is because of the bed.

The apartment had everything and it was clean. We asked the owner for an earlier check-in because we were with a 10-months baby and she was kind enough to give it to us sooner.

Lovely apartment, we made full use of the well equipped kitchen. Excellent facilities, we even had washer and drier. Air conditioning in both rooms was invaluable during the heat wave. The beach is only 300m away, but nothing special.

Brand new apartment building with everthing you need for an outstanding vacation. Everything was super clean and prepared with attention to details. We even had the A/C working already when we arrived. It was highly appreciated on 40 degrees weather. The building is set in a quiet area and has its own private parking and pool. It is also very close to the beach, whitin a 2 minutes walk. I would call it without hesitation one of the best location in Kavarna. 😄 Regarding the host, we had an impecable communication. We received all instructions needed for a frictionless check in and answered our questions in a timely manner. We'll definitely come back!

Everything about the apartments is just perfect. The apartments are located in a remote quiet area, 10 minutes drive away from Kavarna by the finest newly built road. It is two minutes walking to the lovely beach and local embankment featuring two or three bars & caffès and a little shop; supermarkets and pharmacies are available in Kavarna and nearby towns. The area is developing, with several other apartments already in place and some under construction, but as of now it is so welcoming and uncrowded it is absolutely recommended to visit. The apartments themselves are new, very nicely designed both on the exterior and interior, hidden in the green valley. They are spacious, soundproof, spotlessly clean, minimalistic and cosy, thoughtfully equipped with everything from washing machine to cutlery for cooking, everything in perfect condition. The landlord readily helps with any questions and is very welcoming: we had early arrival and were allowed to check in without having to book extra day or paying extra fees. It is a perfect hideout for a joyful vacation.

The sofa is not suitable to sleep 2 persons, is tight and hard.

Had to mop the bathroom floor due to the fact that the shower didn't have a large screen.

Easy check in - check out procedure, large apartment, clean, cosy, just as described on site. The extra large terrace was the perfect place for sipping the morning coffee and also for softly chatting on warm evenings :-)
