Everything was perfect, we have no criticisms!

Everything was exceptional! The rooms were clean, temperate even on the top floor (not too hot), large, and had everything we needed. The property manager was extremely friendly and helpful to us and made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we will be staying there again in the future.

Parking was a little bit of an issue and I’d recommend ensuring that you speak with the host beforehand to understand how the process with parking in the old town works.

Situated in the old town, the property is in a beautiful location, close to lots of restaurants and a walking distance from the central beach in Sozopol. I stayed at the top floor studio which has a lovely balcony with an amazing view towards the sea.

The staff were friendly, and the internet connection was incredibly fast—perfect for getting work done. Situated in the historic old town, it's surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. It was also nice and quiet at night.

Clean and spacious room! Stylish furniture and full set of amenities. Most valuable for us was the fact that pets are welcome! There aren't many other accommodations in Sozopol checking all points.

We had the opportunity to use Studio with sea view. It was amazing. The terrace is wonderful. There is a lovely sea view. The studio is very large. Despite the ceiling slopes lower on one of the sides, there is plenty of room. We had noting to complain.

I was mostly impressed by the fact my dog was welcome to stay with no extra charge. The climate control via software programmed buttons on 3 levels is very easy to use and super functional. We selected Level 3 in the morning and switched to Level 1 during the day when it became warmer outside.

We had a huge problem with the air conditioning, and it was terribly cold since we were traveling during the winter period. The air conditioner has a central "smart" control system, there is no remote control and you can't adjust the temperature, fan speed, or direction. You choose between three types of comfort, but we couldn't notice any difference. The floor was extremely cold. We had to ask for extra blankets to warm up. This would be an even bigger problem for the summer season. Besides that, there were spiders and cobwebs in the room and in the bathroom, clearly indicating that no one had taken care of it after the summer season. The water glasses and the spoon were dirty, and the kettle was half full of stagnant water. I would recommend it for the summer, as I assume that they put more effort into taking care of the guests then, and the house is constantly full.

The house was beautiful, located near the center of the old town, near supermarket and near the coastal street. During the winter season, the place was very quiet and calm. The rooms are also quite modernly furnished. Ours had a ground-level area with a small table and chairs that was very nice.
