The hotel has no private parking and finding a safe parking place in the surrounding area may be a challenge for foreigners, because you can pay a parking fee (via SMS) using only Bulgarian phone number (however, this information is not announced on the traffic signs). We paid our parking fee using a Polish phone number and we had to pay a fine, because our car was blocked by police (of course it's not a hotel's fault).

The apartment was clean, spacious, nicely furnished and equipped with all necessary facilities. The staff was nice and helpful although nobody is present at the reception desk in the evening. The apartment is located within a walking distance from the city center and all major tourist attractions.

The host was very kind to explain everything we need to know to be able to get to the property and enter without any problems. He even called me to double check what type of additonal beds I would like have for my children. Gave me additional information about what taxi I need to find from the airport so I don't get scammed and pay more than I need to. The property was very clean and with everything that we need. I am very happy with our stay there and next time we need to go to Sofia I will definitely book with them again.

We used the property for an overnight stay as a pit-stop in the middle of our journey to Greece. Even if we came early, one apartment was already available, the other two apartments were ready within half an hour. The apartments were clean and nice, all the bedrooms were comfortable. The apart-hotel is located not far from the center, at the same time it was easy to access the street by car (that was one of our criteria for booking it), we were able to make a sightseeing walk through the center. Late checkin and early checkout is possible. There is no long term parking available right in front of the apart-hotel, except Sundays, which accidentaly was our day of the stay, and since there were 3 empty parking spaces, the manager allowed us to use them all, which was a really nice bonus.

Very confortabile and clean apartaments, we had a great staying. Beds are so comfy, we enjoyed sleeping and web had a great rest. The apartaments are located in a central quiet place in Sofia, with acces to a parking area. I reccommend these apartaments for staying in Sofia.

A very clean hospitable apartment. we were given all the arrival instructions in advance. The staff was helpful and cooperative. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the place for a few hours after check out, and they helped us call a taxi.

The apartment is enormous, clean, we caught a wonderful sunset on the terasse and very much enjoyed the living room space while the kids were sleeping in their rooms. We had only one night of stay, but it was lovely indeed.

No air conditioner in the bedroom of the apartment we were in. Room is not soundproof and we heard noise from outside, the hall and other rooms. All in all it was a good stay, but i wouldnt go there in the summer, unless they have bedrooms with ac.

Clean room was ready before check in time. Staff is friendly and helpful . We asked for and received a room on a low floor. Excellent location and price. Check in and out were hassle free.

It's a quiet residential area in the old center of Sofia, up to 15 mins walk to any city attraction. Wonderful for those who like local life and want to feel the real city life. Very good apartment, equipped with all necessary facilities

Door lock was partially defective. We spent 30 minutes panicking to unjam the keys from it and close/open the door. Staff knew about this before our arrival and didn't warn us or give us tips on how to manage this issue.
