Part of the street in front of the hotel is not asphalted, so passing vehicles raise dust. The apartment does not have air conditioning, so during the summer it is quite warm in the apartment during the day. I believe there are no problems in winter, because there are radiators.

In a quiet place. Near the gondola. You can approach to the hotel by vehicle and there is plenty of space for parking (it is not like in the center where vehicles cannot approach). 10 minutes from the beginning of the pedestrian zone. Several supermarkets are very close, some of them are open 24/7. Friendly staff. We stayed in a 60m2 apartment, which is very spacious.

Pool could be warmer

This was my first stay at Hotel Dream and it was absolutely perfect, comfortable room which was cleaned everyday, clean towels. Breakfast was varied and hot always lots to eat. The hotel is very close to the gondola which is a bonus. Staff all very friendly and attentive. If you want a nice chilled break then this is the place to go. In summary, clean, quiet, close to the town and all amenities.

The pool is pretty small, but it’s clean and well kept.

Amazing stay. We really enjoyed everything and will definitely recommend for everyone. Location was close, facilities especially sauna and the pool were exceptional and clean, kids enjoyed playing across the road where there is a big area with snow kids can play at. Also in the inner yard

On ground floor, few meters from our apartment was dog house with huge dog inside. Dog is owned by hotel, and probably replacement for alarm system :) . Empoyees on reception were ignoring our complaints. So sleeping in this environment was challenge.

Food was great, nice selection each morning something new. Girls working there, were excellent, fast service, all credits to them.

Sinks would clogg up here and there , the carpets in the bedrooms were pretty dirty( i understand its a mountain hotel ) but they were very dirty .

You have to use two different elevators to get from the apartment to the restaurant/sauna (and back) if it is on the top floor, which can be confusing for someone

The apartment is quite outdated so that is why doesn't look very clean. Also the spa center is not very well attended and the pool looked small and dirty.

The apartment was big with all the utensils you may need for a comfortable stay. 10 minutes to the main Gondola and 5 min walking to the main street.
