Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

IrelandI guess this hotel is not meant to be booked on booking.com. it is extremely busy with their travel agents checking in groups for their all-inclusive week long holidays. So, when I saw an offer - it was allready mentioned that what I can have is 3 single bed ground floor no view room. Receptionist (he was with very good humour, spoke without an accent, i think he said his name was Ivaylo - very nice guy) helped me out saying he can find an economy double for the same price, however, it turned out to be a complete joke! The room was on the ground floor, just in front of the elevators, no view- as in front of what was meant to be my balcony - apparently has been constructed an annex for ground floor bistro... so it was dining area behind my curtain. The room felt damp, somebody had smoked in it and at 11:20am cleaner lady accidentaly opened it while i was trying to sleep there - as you can imagine - completely impossible - as in front of the crowded corridor - she probaly had no idea someone had been checked in there. Also, for the fact it was a 4 star hotel - i think the pool is too small, so it only looks good on photograps. In reality - it is more like a plunge pool, I cannot imagine someone actually trying to swim there. I noticed it for 3 star hotels, too. So, i dont know about your budget- so you would have to strech it - to get a decent size swimming pool. All inclusive option offers drinks from behind the bar - however, they are served in plastic cups. And their origin - some unbranded galon size bottles - probably have gone through the local standard control - but only God knows whats in them.
The location is just amazing. it is the far end of the long Sunny beach strip. The hotel is straight in front of the sea (not even the Walking street there), so in the evening and morning you can walk straight on the beach and experience the most amazing sunrises. I checked in on Friday, so the hotel had small corner of Bulgarian evening - one musician offering rakia and the chef - local bbq.

BulgariaWiFi is terrible, don't rely on it at all. If you manage to park just near the hotel, parking is great. But I think this is not very possible. If there is no place, like it was for us - then they offer a parking quite far, around 500 meters away, for the same price. I think those parking spots they offer are just near the free parking zone.
Location is amazing, couldn't be better. Staff is nice and friendly. Rooms are clean and nice. During our stay they had great food every dinner - once it was a Bulgarian dinner, another time it was a Turkish one. But this is in addition to the regular food, which is not very recommendable, like in most all-inclusive places.

HungaryPool bar is not part of the all inc. Cheap, bad quality of alcohol and soft drinks. Bad system at the all inc bar and reastaurant. You have to go around the whole building if you want to leave the restaurant at the main meal time (breakfast, lunch, dinner). It has really small reastaurant area, crowded and takes ages to get a gyros.. They kick you out of the bar at 22:30.
Beautiful place.. Close to the beach and the shops. Pizza and gyros between the main meals (unfortunatelly these were the best meals). They helped us to upgrade the reservation on site to another room by the pool. They clean the rooms every day.

RomaniaWe booked a room and unfortunately it was the smalles I've ever seen in my whole life. We went to the reception to upgrade and get a bigger one because it was the 2 of us + our 35kg dog. It was 7PM. The guy from the reception said that we have to wait for his colleague, who was supposed to come at around 10. We went for a long walk, went back at 10 and he said that she might come at 11-12. In the end his yelling & histerical colleague came and 4 people gathered together, not knowing how to manage de situation. At first they said they have bigger room but available only for 3 nights and after that they don't know where we'd stay. In the end they asked how much we would pay in plus for a family room/apartment and we said 300€. Way too much money anyway, for what they offer, but it is what it is. It was 2 rooms, connected by a sliding door, kitchenette which didnt have any plates or forks or anything and a bathroom which was nice, but with some mold on the ceiling. The employees from the restaurant were seemed really depressed. We were thanking them for everything, got no answer or at least a smile. They don't have their own beach, not even a interior pool. I wouldn't go back to this hotel, because it's too expensive for what they offer.
The food was ok, we always found something to eat. We were there for 8 nights and only 2 times we ate somewhere else. The hotel is right on the beach and the beach is super clean, the sand is soft and the water is also really clean and nice. A lot of shops/markets next to the hotel. The cleaning lady was coming everyday. PET FRIENDLY 👍👍👍

RomaniaIf this hotel is 4 stars, then I must be the Queen of England. The room was a masterpiece of dirt, with a sticky balcony that doubled as flypaper. When I asked the maid to clean, she just threw a towel over the dirt like she was trying to smother a crime scene. Another maid eventually came, probably out of pity. No free sockets in the room—apparently to prevent me from smuggling in a space heater? Three plugs total: one for the fridge, one for the TV, one for the lamp… in a double room. So yeah, you either charge your phone OR enjoy cold drinks OR watch TV. Choose wisely. The ‘toiletries’? Two shampoo packets and one mini soap… for two people, four days. The bathroom door, once locked, became an escape-room challenge. No shelf for shower gel, spiders hiding behind the nightstand, and a toilet that gurgled all night like I was sleeping in the sewers. Staff didn’t speak English, but did master the art of aggressive hand-waving and looking offended when you dared to ask for something. ‘All inclusive’ food existed in theory: the schnitzels looked like they’d been fried in used motor oil, everything was overspiced, and the only safe bet was chicken legs or liver with rice. To get to the restaurant, you had to walk around the whole hotel because they closed the gate during meal times… so all-inclusive also included cardio. Oh, and surprise: the beach and pool? Not included. You pay extra. Because obviously a 4-star hotel listed on Booking should charge you for using the beach in front of it. In short: hostel vibes from the early 2000s, priced like luxury. The only thing 4-star here was my ability to survive it.”**
The best feature of this hotel? A dodgy little door in the balcony fence that became my illegal coffee shortcut. Staff probably wanted to stop me—but since their English was about as functional as the hotel itself, I was safe. Bonus: it’s right on the beach, so at least the misery came with a sea view 😂

RomaniaNo wifi. This is for me innaceptable naceptable in 2024 at these prices. The wifi was not even visible at 8th floor. When I complained about it the staff was very polite and told me they will investigate and solve. Nothing happened. The restaurant is way too small for the number of guests resulting in savage fights over a free table. Again, inaccepable at these prices.

NetherlandsThe place is just ok, but for the same money or less, you can get better somewhere else. The furniture is tired. Only one elevetor !!! Try to imagine the queues during the food hours (the please is all inclusive). The all-inclusive was meh.... not much choise and poor quality.
Staffe is great, very attentive, and polite. Without them, our stay wouldn't be the same! Thank you for everything!
