The only issue (which didn’t affect us but did our friends in the other apartment) there was no facilities to cook, no microwave and no saucepans or kitchen utensils.

The aspen is a perfect location, in the heart on bansko resort. It was everything we needed

There was a smell of mold in the stairs area. The pool looked dirty, and the whole SPA looked like it was abandoned, just like some other parts in the hotel. Breakfast starts at 8.00, so if you are skiing, keep that in mind (the security guard, though, did talk to someone to prepare our breakfast earlier). Only Sauna was working and that is after 14:00 o'clock. Steam room was not working (maybe you need to request for it to be prepared also). One of the sofas in our apartment was broken, and sitting on it was very uncomfortable. There were no kitchen utensils except a few glasses and a frying pan. But in the end , you get what you pay for. It was very cheap for 3 days stay.

Underground parking is good for lower cars, and it was spacious. The location is really close to the Gondolla and to the main street. 2 bedroom apartment was very big and with 1 bathroom and also another toilet. The only person who I could see and talk to was the security guard, but he was the nicest guy, super friendly. The pool water was warm.. Sauna is also nice.

The breakfast starts at 8 a.m which is too late for the people who ski, having the fact that the gondola starts working at 8 a.m as well. The rest was good.

The cutlery and dishes were totally missing Bad lighting in the rooms ( enough lighting sources but the power of the light bulbs was very weak)

The accommodation was clean and warm. The kitchenette was equiped with all appliences we needed (toaster, coffee machine, kettle mug)

I remember when we first used to go and there was a working Jacuzzi and a bar you could buy a drink it’s a shame they are not open anymore

I didn’t like that some of the facilities were not available to use. The pool was closed and there was no spa. The breakfast on the last day consisted of dry pasta with feta cheese. Which is not okay. The breakfast on the first two days was alright except that we were given cold eggs.

The location was great, there was a Mountain View from the room. There was living room on every room so I felt comfortable when relaxing. The bed was also amazing

The room was incredibly dirty, the shower has mucus on the floor, calcar spots and build ups, the bedroom had cobwebs and dust...dust in all the closets. There was only ONE single spot to dry anything, and that was in the bathroom (not enought for two towels even). The radiators were old, couldn't use them to dry anything and are fire hazard - the one in the living room started acting out the 2nd day with an open contact that was flashing electricity - we had to disconnect from electricity as turning it off wasn't enough. Not a 4 star hotel, maybe 2 stars.

The water heater is an individual water heater for every apartment. It wasn't good. It would run out of hot water after 1 person would take a 10 min shower. The kitchen wasn't equipped AT ALL. Nothing there that's useful for cooking. For tourists coming to stay at an apartment, that is absolutely disgraceful. We need to be able to cook or else what's the point of staying in an apartment. The pool wasn't heated. Breakfast was less than mediocre. Just overall a very meh experience. But you get what you pay for.

The apartment itself is nice. Clean and very large. Comfortable bed.

There was only 1 single thing. When entered into the apartment at first there was a strage smell. To describe it at best it was the smell you feel when you don't open the windows to let fresh air come into a room. It wasn't something so bad but you could feel it. It smelled like old/vintage furniture smells like. But after opening the windows and the terrace doors to let some fresh air in for a couple minutes, it was all perfect.

All aspects of the hotel and the stay are perfect.

The sheets didn’t fit the bed. Plugs hanging off the wall. Stained rug. No seating area on balcony. Dusty and someone else’s sock left under bed. No one there on arrival
