There is a humidity in the room and smells not good.

The hotel does not have its own parking, but a paid parking lot (15 leva/day) is available right behind the hotel. When we arrived, we were surprised to be told that the reserved room was no longer available, but we received a free upgrade to an apartment. The young woman at the reception did not speak English, but luckily another lady from the staff came, who was very kind, spoke English very well, and provided us with all the necessary information.

The hotel is located 100 meters from the best beach in Sozopol and very close to restaurants, a supermarket, the shopping area, and not far from the old town. The apartments are well-equipped, have a kitchenette and a balcony, and the pool is well-maintained

Very weak internet and poor TV-picture quality. Very cold water in the outdoor pool. Needs more kitchen utensils !

The rooms are too small, the stairs are too narrow and tight, difficult to carry up a suitcase. The beds are noisy, and the air conditioning isn't present in all rooms. And the breakfast is quite poor in choices, the only coffee is nesscafe

The pool and location were great. The hosts were very nice and helpful. The ambiental lights are delightful, and the parking spots are plenty. The access to the location is very easy.

The Internet is not good. It kept dropping off. So don't count on it. The freezer is not strong and cannot really freeze anything.

The staff is amazing. The location is really good. Close to the beach and far enough from the noise of the nearby street.

Balcony could have been cleaner. No hot water on arrival but rectified, however had to wait for boilers to warm up. Drinks expensive.

It was the first time visiting Sozopol and it was a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, right next to a larger, beautiful Beach 3 min walking. Parking was convenient, as there was a lot directly across the Street. Another perk was that the City center was just 10 min walk away, which made it super easy to graba a bite or explore. The room was perfectly sized for 2 guess, it definitely offered great value for money.

the balcony of the room on the ground floor was basically out in a small street, which made us feel a bit "exposed", especially with the vitrina window to this balcony from floor to ceiling :) but there are curtains of course.

the room was quite spacious, a couple of minutes from the closest beach the bed was big and nice, and a hot strong stream of water in the shower there is a small playground on the premises with a swing and a slide

You can only pay by cash even though the property lists card options. It can be unpleasant if you don't have enough cash with you. The balcony is shared with other guests so that was a bit loud sometimes.
