We have loved everything about the hotel so much that we have extended our stay for another day, we are still at the hotel. The staff has always been helpful and cheerful. The room we are staying in has everything you can look for in an apart hotel. It is a 10 minute walk to the main attraction. It is usually calm and quiet around the facilities. The pool, the sunshades, and the deckchairs are more than enough. I am sure we will have another visit to the place next year or so

Even though it says they have street parking, whenever we wanted to park they would say, no not here, they will fine you, but in the end they helped us out. Rooms are a bit old but they are good. We asked them to do the laundry, which we paid for but we felt like the clothes did not get clean at all.

Its a really nice hotel, The staff are helpful. The pool is fantastic honestly! Spacious rooms and very big balcony. Its mostly families there with there kids but there are no noise or disturbances.

There was not kitchen and kitchenware at all (only 2 glasses and 2 mugs were).

Location of the apparthotel is excellent, silent but not too far from the beach and the night-life. The pool and the garden are beatiful.

Only a very small thing I would say is - they need more than one AC in the apartments.

we were on the fifth floor and the elevator to reach it was scary.....it seemed like it would break down at any moment and the elevator doors closed even while you were entering or exiting...the structure is decent but it should be renewed, especially the furniture in the rooms... the lampshades were not fixed and were dancing and on the terrace the table and chairs were from the last century... We had requested a cot in the reservation which we did not have until the second day because they told us that we had not requested it and once we showed the reservation with the request to the reception we were told that it was a Booking error... not very credible... After this clash, through no fault of ours, the receptionist went from smiling and friendly to grumpy and presumptuous... unbelievable... A real shame, because with some small adjustments, the structure could really be a 10. I don't think we will return to this property, mostly due to how we were treated by the receptionist... Someone should explain to the receptionist that you can't laugh in the face of a customer who makes a complaint to you in an opinionated way, especially when it wasn't the customer who made the mistake but the hotel.

The apartment was large and well laid out, with a bedroom with an internal bathroom and one with an external bathroom, a large and fairly well equipped kitchen. The terrace went all around the apartment and therefore they could enjoy a particular view over the whole neighbourhood, both from the living area and from the rooms... the swimming pool is truly wonderful! large and with several deckchairs and there are two beautiful large parts of the swimming pool reserved for the little ones..... really very beautiful... congratulations.. The room cleaning lady was the most pleasant surprise of the stay... we had requested daily cleaning, also wanting to pay extra if necessary (due to the two little girls who have allergy problems) and not only did they accept, but not we didn't even have to pay extra and the cleaning was done EXCELLENTLY! Many heartfelt thanks and compliments to the cleaning lady..... very good and very kind, so much so that we left her a well-deserved tip...to get to the beach you have to walk for about 10 minutes if, like us, you have 2 small children which logically slows you down a bit, but all in all it's doable. Overall we were satisfied, but the best thing is the quality/price ratio.....

I didn't like that the elevator was for maximal 3 people and also in one of the rooms we didn't had hot water. Also, the service at the pool( ordering food) was pretty bad.

We loved the pool, spent most of the time around the pool. Location was great, shops, bus stops were really close. Beach is 10-15 mins on foot.

The complex is very nice with very green territory, and zones for different type of rest. Stuff is nice and helpful. A lot of restaurants and shops - all can be reached by walking.

Some nights there was a very annoying sound coming from the next apartment. It could have been from the AC unit. It made it hard to fell asleep

The restaurant was quite expensive in comparison to other local restaurants. I wouldn't stay in that particular area again as the walk surrounding was a badly lit at night and a bit run down

The pools were really nice, good sized balcony and the room was very clean. The staff were friendly and the grounds were very well kept. The pools were nicer than shown in the picture

A bit far from the beach. As the appartment is on the top floor it was quite warm, but aircondition is doing a good job to cool it.

Appartment was specious and clean. Two separate bedrooms, large terrase. Nice inner garden and pools.
