A nice family-run place, very cute, clean rooms, nice overview of the pool from all the rooms, very friendly staff and home made breakfast. You can go to Veleka beach or to the Butamyata by foot, and lots of nice restaurants around.

Our stay at Hotel Anchor was a perfect experience — we will definitely come again. As you enter through the front door, you're immediately greeted by a clean, beautiful swimming pool and the lush greenery of the national park and surrounding woods. There are no neighbors, no noise, and no other hotels nearby. The hotel is in a great location, just one small street away from the main road — close to all the restaurants and beaches, yet far enough from the noise. The rooms, bathrooms, and toilets were spotlessly clean and built with high-quality materials, including local stone. In front of every room, apartment, or family house, there’s a small terrace, so even if you choose a smaller room, it still feels like staying in a cozy tiny house. The owners and all the staff were incredibly warm and helpful — it truly feels like a home away from home. Another thing we really appreciated is that the owners make sure there are no noisy groups and that all guests respect the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. It's clear they care about creating a calm and comfortable environment for everyone. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back!

The apartment was spacious and very convenient with all the needed. An excellent breakfast, a great clean pool with warm water. The beach is near and is quite good, not crowded. Most importantly, Zoya, the hostess, accepted us cordially and provided all needed for a superb seaside vacation. Thank you!

In general everything was great. The walls are a bit too thin and you can hear your neighbour, but nothing critical.. It would be nice if the restaurant facility was functioning.

The atmosphere was wonderful, breakfast was great. The staff is SUPER polite, friendly and helpful. It was really calm and peaceful.

The beds are not overly comfortable. The pool is a bit worn out (it´s tiled with little tiles that are missing at places especially at the children´s pool). We were sad that the restaurant is not active anymore (you can order a selection of dishes beforehand though).

We like the setting of this hotel, the way the houses are surrounding the pool and overlook a green area around. It´s an ok distance to both Sinemorets beaches. The pool is an amazing place to relax at. The rooms and bathroom are very nice.

No option for ‘Do Not Disturb’ on the door, the cleaner didn’t knock and walked in on me twice. The toilet seat was not nice, definitely needs replacing. I paid for a double bedroom and got 2 singles, I had to put the beds together.

The bed mattress is not comfortable. The host is not very welcoming and creates the feeling like you annoy her by staying in the hotel. No any hygienic products in the bathroom (only two shampoo samples). The guests next door were very noisy after 11pm.

It was very noisy, the concept of building the place is such that all.rooms are arranged in a circle around the pool which looks great but have no privacy at all. We were able to hear clearly the phone conversations.of the guy next door and when they were outside talking - it was as if they were talking in our room - no isolation of the walls tt all
