I had a truly wonderful stay at this guesthouse. Everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable — but what made it special was Albena. She is a kind, warm-hearted woman who made me feel truly welcome and cared for. She has the calm presence and generosity of someone who treats guests not just like visitors, but like family. There's absolutely nothing that we did not like.

Albena's house is a true gem on the northern Black sea coast of Bulgaria. Albena has put a lot of care and love into every detail to create this house, it is a real piece of art! I cannot recommend it highly enough, it is a super clean, exceptionally comfy and full of art. On top of everything, Albena is an incredibly lovely and kind person always ready to give you local tips and guidance!

Very nice stay in a quiet are, parallel to main street. Close to the sea and a restaurant (by car). You have to share a bathroom with other 2 rooms. And there are thin doors, you can hear people in the hall.

Beautiful house & garden, with a lovely host. The room and the bathroom were very clean and cosy. There were only 3 rooms sharing the bath, which was right near the room, so we didn't feel any disconfort. We also enjoyed our private garden. Very good choice if you want to spend relaxing days on the wild beach of Durankulak.

The host. Albena is one of those people that can look you in the eye and find a justification for everything, and argue for every negative comment. I’ll say nothing more, hope to never see her again. The house. Nice place with good garden but not sharable with others. There’s not that much space and also has little commodities. You don’t have any privacy which you expect from such property. The house is clean and very very noisy (the doors are old and don’t close as they should, as a result every closure creates a bang, and you can hear other guests toilet business from your bed). This house should be offered as one private place not as a room rental! In 2024 i don’t look for A/C in the description, because it’s a must for summer room at that price. No A/C, just nosy fans! The house is authentic, build by mud and stone, imagine heated stone room with no ventilation. The bed was squeaky and not comfortable. Have fun sleeping :) The Price. Very hight price for what is offered! Felt like in a cheap hostel. You can ask the host for everything, but you have to find her first! Good luck with that too. I have never being so disappointed in my life! I will never go back! Remember to smile, you’re not welcome otherwise.

The fact that you didn’t have a small kitchen at least, you had some dishes and you would wash them in the bathroom sink. No possibility to cook. And the shared bathroom. All of these are details you find out when you buy the stay there, but still would have liked it different.

The host, my room and the fact that I had my own terrace (but only my room had a private tone, the other two shared one in the front garden).
