Too noisy , near hotels and late bars really blasting mad music until 3 am. Must sleep with your earphones.

Food in the restaurant, not enough diet options. Food placement was suboptimal, leading to long queues. Restaurant was too small, considering the size and capacity of the hotel. Some words about the enterntainment team: We were not greeted or even given a smile from any member of the staff when passing by around the hotel. All of them, except for Ivaylo ( cheers! ) looked like they were just waiting for their shift to end - one of the girls was yawning during the pool party. When the table tennis activity was being announced around the pool, we were skipped and we had to go and look for a staff member in order to receive details about it. The evening activity that took place did not match the one announced on the schedule at reception. Water polo game was not given a timeout when the goals were readjusted/inflated which lead to one of the teams being irritated because their point was not counted. Some games/activites were not separated for children and adults.

Room cleanliness and room facilites were honestly above my expectations. New furniture and clean bathroom. Towels amd sheets were changed regularly. Attitude of the employees at reception was great. Our needs were met all the time and the staff was very helpful, special thanks to Volen! Location was very convenient, we did not mind the noise from the outside. Burgers and snack bar food were very good.

Food was not great, we mostly ate fries with vegetables except for the pizza at the pool It's a bit noisy on the bars side, but you can sleep. Bed a bit uncomfortable

Very nice. Enough food for everyone, cakes and fruits on the table, pizza and ice cream at the pool, a little crowded at meal times, but you could get cakes, juice in the meantime until it was time to eat. The towels in the room were changed daily. We arrived early, at 10 am, but we got the room around 2 pm. Even though check-in was at 3 pm, they gave us the bracelet when we arrived and we could eat, the staff was very friendly and at the door they helped us with our luggage. Close to the beach, clean pool. There are still picky people who comment and make comparisons with other hotels where, maybe, they pay double.

The way the food and the plates are placed in the restaurant makes it difficult to take food. There are always long queues. If the plates , forks and knives were placed somewhere else separately that will make things much easier. We stayed 4 nights and our AC worked only the last night of our stay so we had to keep the door to the balcony opened and it was very noisy in the night due to the hotel being so close to the bars. If the AC worked and we could keep the balcony door closed it wouldn’t have been a problem. We stayed 4 nights but paid for 5 days for the parking even though the last day we checked out 8 in the morning. So that was very frustrating…

Nice and clean hotel. Very central location, close to the beach and the central walking street. Pools were very good. The food was delicious and with big variety. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very cosy, it has a small territory, but everything is comfortable and convenient. Tasty food, clean restaurant with its welcoming staff made our stay enjoyable. Kids loved the pools and animation, the hotel is 3 minutes from the beach, there are lots of restaurants, bars and the central entertainment park around.

I didnt like the using of so much plastic. In the bathroom it wasnt clean. The space for eating ..too crowded

Very loud! Party goes from 9 pm to 6 am on the streets right next to the hotel. You can not sleep

I was under the impression that the beach is closer to the hotel, as on booking.com it says beachfront but the distance is not a big one, 5min tops walking time.

Music from bars in the vicinity could be heard from the room and music was playing till 4am everyday. Food was a little repetitive with not much options and most of the staff did not understand anything in English which was a bit of a problem.

There is no parking, we had to pay 80 leva for 4 days. There really is a difference between deluxe and standard rooms. No glasses, only plastic cups. The drinks are not very good.

I liked that they changed the bed sheets and towels in both deluxe and standard rooms. The food was good, the pools area as well.

Poor English, most of the staff are unable to communicate in English,also when they don't understand customers they tend to be a bit rude.

Rooms have to lock automatically when closing the door, also I prefer a room card and not key. The safe box have to be included in price. Vasile is the best chef, the pasta he cooked was Heavenly,please don't lose him!

Sometimes there was no available table during lunch and dinner and some minutes of waiting were needed. That I was unable to serve lunch in the check out day. Parking is 10 minutes away by walking and it cost 20 Leva per day.

Location , was 5 minutes from the beach . Nice size pools, for kids and adults. Pizza snacks in between main meals . Central Location. Friendly staff for serving at the bar , Niki in particular !
