Our room was very comfortable but my adult children used the bunk beds which I wish were two singles but they managed and it was not a big negative. We recognise kids would love it. The shower room was lovely but a bit awkward getting in and out of the shower.

Fabulous location, large apartment with thoughtful touches throughout. We were left a voucher to a lovely shop on the street which we used. The Street noise could be loud but there were ear plugs. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, chinaware, utensils and there were books and games to use. We were able to run a load of wash which was so helpful. One of the better self catering apartments I have stayed in. The proximity to restaurants and the Square were amazing.

Booking.com didn't provide the right access code for the key. No fault of the property owner whatsoever. Once we figured that out, it was smooth sailing.

Place was phenomenal! You can't imagine how large and well kept it is until you are inside. The location is primo as well.

The bathroom was way on the other side of the rooms. But it didn’t deter our good rating for this place.

The place indeed was a serenity bubble in the midst of Brussel. We appreciate the host, he was hospitable and made arrangement for early check in.

No lift (as described), only one pan suitable for induction (not a non-stick ones), hard to get out of the bathtub even for average height person, should be anti-slip mat and/or some handle. No A/C, so probably not suited for hot summer.

The building front door was quite difficult to open. The location was great in terms of proximity to centre and train station however, street was noisy till late, quite dirty with garbage bags, and quite often seeing people peeing in the street.

Great location although there is a lot of street noise that comes through to the bedrooms which are on the side of the road. There is also a club/bar nearby so expect late night loud music. The flat is beautifully furnished and everything was thought of in terms of what you may need during your stay, The second bedroom is very small though and can get quite stifling. We really appreciated the welcome gift of snacks, bottle of wine and tote bag, We didn't meet the host, however communication via messenger was great.

A bit noisy from passing cars and music from nearby venues, but not critical.

An incredibly spacious and beautiful apartment. It has absolutely everything you need. The location is perfect for tourists—close to all the attractions and the train station. The hosts are very hospitable and generous. Thank you for everything!

The apartment was very comfortable, beautifully decorated and well located for central Brussels. There were lots of lovely little touches to make us feel welcome and Cedric was extremely helpful whenever we needed anything. We didn’t end up cooking but the kitchen appeared to have everything we would need - it was just a shame we couldn’t stay longer!

The location which is very close to the station and alot of attractions and restaurants nearby. The owner who is very accommodative by allowing early checkin and also some gifts and surprises in the house. The room size is good with heater and very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Great apartment, very close to the Grote Markt. Just a few minutes walk. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very spacious. Has everything you need. Selfcheck in was easy and the host is very kind and responsive and will quickly reply to any questions.. Station and parking are both close. So highly recommended!

Noisy right trough the night. Bad sound insulation. Sone night club in the building causing disturbing noise even at 02:00. No aircon. Fan only is not good enough. Price was fair but only saw that taxes are aded after final step of booking. Stairs to second floor with all our bagage. Cedric you must do something. Same complaints by other customers. Could have stayed in the Hilton around the corner
