People from the reception desk are very kind. Christine helped arrange flowers for my partner’s birthday. They were stunning. We had a wonderful stay. The bed is comfy. The ceiling is high so you will feel very spacious. During breakfast, Christine was very helpful too.

Nothing - It was all good

Our party of four had an enjoyable stay in Hotel Villa des Fleurs. The hotel is in a classic historic building which is very well maintained and in the centre of Spa close to amenities . The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and well appointed and it was possible to view BBC on the TV. Villa des Fleurs does not have a restaurant but their recommendation to dine at the restaurant L'Auberge (of their sister hotel) was excellent - a very good restaurant. Villa des Fleurs provides an excellent breakfast. There is also free parking in the drounds of Villa des Fleurs. We would stay there again.

The hotel lacks air conditioning but even in 30 deg C heat it stays quite cool , we did have a oscillating fan in our room which helped .

Breakfast was great and healthy , no Full English ! but we knew that . Private parking great , very secure , if you travel by motorcycle the chippings are deep so a piece of wood under side stand is a must ! . The location is spot on , in very short walking distance to everything . Our room was big , very clean and had everything one needs .

NO AIR CONDITIONING….. we always look for air conditioning in rooms, this was a fan!!! No good, and definitely shouldn’t be described as air conditioning!

I arrived a couple of hours early, but the lady on reception checked that my room had been prepared and allowed me to check in immediately. Staff at breakfast very friendly. Hotel was in an ideal location for my needs. Very good breakfast

Unfortunately there was no airco. Very noisy during the night. In the room was hot so we had to open the windows. However with open windows was difficult to sleep due to noise on the street.

The upgrade to a spacious room on the top floor was much appreciated. As light sleepers, we were grateful for the tranquility of the room. The room was well appointed and equipped with a Nespresso machine. We also appreciated the secure parking. Breakfast was adequate. It would have been great to have plant-based milk and whole fruits.

They close reception after lunchtime until 3:30, which can be a bit inconvenient if you happen to arrive for check-in at that time. We managed by going for a late lunch and returning to the hotel afterwards. After chek-in, your room card provides access to the main entrance even if the reception is closed.

The room was very large, well-equipped and with a modern and clean bathroom. The hotel is beautiful and worn a visit. It is very central, only could have minutes from Spa main restaurants and the funicular to the Thermes de Spa.
