The only inconvinient is the PARKING, my husband is a PMR and we had to park very far , even the zone Blue were payant everywhere in Ostende or you have to REGISTER at the commune to have it free ( we did'nt konw this) there are limited parking at thte hotel but reserve it very very early otherwise it's not possible too!!!

The appartment was nice spacious & clean. Kitchen with all the necesssary utensils, comfy beds but not the cushions ( problem in most of 3 - 4 stars) Breakfast at the restaurant was good , Lounge bar has activities/music in certain hours..The pool was a great rescue since the weather ( rainy & windy ) were'nt good the 3rd day of our stay.

Very noisy at night with loft noise and could hear people coughing etc through the night. The apartment was so hot too! Maybe as we were on the 8th floor so had a lot of heat rising but even with having window wide open all night we were so hot, (we stayed at the end of January so dread to think what it would be like in summer time!) Pool was open but very cold and no jacuzzi or sauna open due to works going on which was a shame.

Getting parking was a problem as we had to drive around and around searching for parking.

Towels are a subscription service. 15 bucks for three towels? Come on. The apartment does not have a lot of stuff like soap, dish soap, towels, etc. Everything costs (additional) money. Also rooms are not organized or clean while you are there.

Great location. Lots of stuff to do. Nice views, lovely vibe. The apartment was very comfortable. The staff was very nice. Also, if you order food it doesn't take long to arrive. Were allowed a late checkout.

There was handwash or shampoo provided. Doormat for bathroom was also not provided. I think towels were also charged. What's strange is their complimentary pack had dish was liquid, a tiny laundry liquid, scrub for dishes but no soap.

Great view, our apartment wasn't sea facing but we still got a good sea Sideview. We got a good price for the place. Room was well equipped for long stay.Its a got option for 1 night for a group of friends or family.

-The wellness facility and swimming pool happened to be closed when we were there. -The smokers area is outside at one of the entrance doors, so you have to walk through a cloud of stink to get in and out through an otherwise convenient entry. -Upon our arrival the receptionist had so many calls and people queuing all at once that it's understandable she forgot to be kind, but personally I would have appreciated some dedicated time for a short explanation of the things that are listed on the little leaflet/booklet accompanying the key cards. (Eg, how to get the electricity going in the apartment.) Nobody asked: Is this your first stay with us? -I generally had the impression all of the staff was rather pressured and/or annoyed and somewhat robot-like in their interactions.

Late check-in (from 16.00), early check-out (from 10.30) - 11.00 or 12.00 might be better. Jacuzzi was closed, dinner (burgers) is not worth 28 EUR - we expected better options. We asked for a double bed but the hotel provided only 2 separate single beds (not convenient for couples). I hope that they will buy double beds in the nearest future...

The price resembles a hotel price, though you are supposed to make your own bed, take out the trashes, etc. There was also no coffee / tea in the apartment, which would have been nice for a one night stay. Our appartement was located under the stairs or corridor, so it was very noisy in the morning. Overall it might be a great option for longer stays or families, though for a one night there are better options.

I booked an apartment advertised with a balcony and sea view, but was given a ground-floor unit right next to the main entrance. There was no privacy, no sea view — just a view of tram lines and the road. It was also quite noisy, with people frequently standing and parking right in front of my room. Overall, a very different experience than expected. It would be much clearer (and fairer) if the ground-floor rooms were listed separately and priced accordingly.

Fantastic beachfront apartment with all facilities available inside the resort — including a jacuzzi and swimming pool. The location is excellent, with a tram stop nearby that makes it easy to travel up to De Panne. The highlight was the stunning beach view from the room — absolutely best in class. No hot water in the shower. This is unacceptable. I have never experienced this at any other hotels so far. No towels, only for extra charge. This was communicated to us in a very rude way by the receptionist. Overall we didn't feel welcome at this hotel. Uncomfortable bed.
