United KingdomAs mentioned, it is a bit far from the centre of town but this is a minor setback as the tram will get you in pretty close - and with one change on the tram you can get bang into the centre.. we waited 8mins for the tram… took 12mins to get near the old docks and then we leisurely strolled from there into the old town in a few minutes - no drama
The hotel is excellent. If you need to park a large vehicle easily (we were in a 6.5m long 2.5m high camper van) this is ideal. It has a large open air car park that is secure and safe. The staff at the hotel are amazing, and the facilities excellent. The food is very good with a lovely bar and outside seating area. There is a nice indoor pool and sauna area. The only slight drawback is that it is a little way out of town but there is a no.24 tram near the hotel that can get you pretty close to the centre of the city. It was ideal for us as parking a large vehicle in Antwerp would have been difficult to say the least. The room was well equipped, spacious and comfortable with a smart tv - nice if you’re getting home slightly earlier with a baby as you can put your feet up and log into a movie on Netflix. Until our baby came along we would usually opt for staying more central but this hotel was so good it would be hard to think of staying anywhere else when next visiting Antwerp… book with confidence.

The hotel is nice, good quality with a restaurant and bar on site, a pool and a sauna. You can also get room services and snacks. The staff is nice and so is the decor of the whole hotel and rooms.

United KingdomFirst off I have to give a special mention to Iman for going above and beyond to help me after all my documents, passport l, drivers license, all credit cards were stolen before od even got to the hotel. When I arrived and explained she was so helpful by arranging so I could have something to eat and drink even though I had no way of being able to pay for it at the time. I did pay for it all on checkout as my company were able to make sure. Iman demonstrated what real customer service was there and then and throughout my 2 day stay and I was so thankful for all she did! On to my room.... Wow I had an amazing room so clean and huge with a lovely bath separate shower and just so inviting and comfortable. The bed was lovely and so comfortable so I was fully at home in that room. Loved this hotel and I would 100% recommend it. I will be returning in October or November. Thanks Iman you deserve a pay rise!!

GermanyEverything was wonderful. I really liked that champagne was offered at breakfast. Since I had a driver (my husband :) ), had finished my work, and we were about to head home, I crowned our stay with a glass of champagne. Everything — and I mean everything — was five-star quality. I especially loved the panoramic window in the room. There was a pleasant scent throughout the hotel. Great and free parking availability. I will definitely stay at your hotels again in the future. The property finish was amazing. The Wine display and welcoming reception area was beautiful. The smell of the hotel collection smell was incredible. Above all the amazing reception team and duty manager who were incredible to us. We kindly asked for a room upgrade and they happily obliged. The reception team are very good, polite and friendly.
