The stairs were steep and narrow.

The room was beautifully appointed, and the amenities were new, attractive and worked well. The hostess was lovely and very welcoming. Helpful information was provided, and the sitting room was a very pleasant place to sit and chat to other travellers.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the center of Bruges, although it's quite expensive to park. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Staff was very nice and friendly. The room was very clean. The bedding was comfortable, but not as comfortable as other places we've been recently.

The location is good and not far from the main attractions. The room is very clean and beautiful. The wind fan is available to cool down the room for the warm summer days!

We experienced some issues regarding parking spaces that are designated to the B&B, but we parked at an underground parking place where it costs 16,80€ for 24H.

The room was very clean, and spacious with plenty of drawers and closet space. The bathroom is divided so the shower is part of the room whilst the toilet is in a room for itself. The B&B had the perfect location to sightsee all of Bruges.

I don't have a complaint, but a small miss is tea making facilities in the bedroom. However the White Queen had a great sitting room downstairs so not a problem at all.

Very nice, helpful hosts. Lovely decor and a great breakfast. There was a really good honest bar in the reception/sitting room. It was hot weather and the fan in the room worked well.

We had some misfortunes at first, but the house team did their best to make it up. They were nice and helpful. The house was very cute and clean. The location was nice as well, we could go to the center on foot. I recommend this place.

A small thing but the towels could do with an update.

There was so much to like. Lots of little details were taken care of like lollies in the room. Location was fantastic. The breakfast was amazing. I only wish we stayed longer.

The staff let us enter the room one hour before the check in time. The room was really cozy and the bathroom was super spacious and clean. It is well located as it is close to the city center but in a quiet area so you can rest. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was very friendly. You feel like home. I highly recommend it for your stay in Bruges.

This is our second visit and we love this beautiful B&B. Breakfast is amazing with an elegant table setting. We love that it is a short walk to The Markt. Communication with the B&B was great. We had changes in our travel plans and the owner was very helpful with our inquiries. Sophie welcomed us when we arrived with a smile and conversation. She is very warm and hugged us when we left like old friends. Highly recommend this B&B for your stay in Bruges.

The ONLY tiny problem was a slight miscommunication about check in and storing luggage. It all worked out and we got to our tour in time.

The buildings are so old and beautiful but get warm a fan would have been appreciated and there were 3 chairs in the room more hang space would be nice with less chairs
