From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed at this exceptional hotel. The owner greeted me with genuine kindness and provided helpful information about the town’s best sights and experiences — a perfect start to our stay. The room was both elegant and classic. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable poltrone with a cup of coffee in the beautiful china provided in the room — such a refined touch. The bathrobe added to the comfort and made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. Breakfast was another highlight: homemade and delicious, prepared and served with care and attention to quality. Every detail, from the atmosphere to the thoughtful service, made this stay precious. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, charm, and warm hospitality in a beautiful setting.

Nothing, it was wonderful.

Easy to contact the hosts, good breakfast, large and clean room with air conditioning and a beautiful bathroom. Quiet street, with nice views from the bathroom! And a lovely courtyard for guest use. Easy access to the lobby and room with keyless entry.

The only downside (only one really) was the thickness of the mattress in our room. Very thin and too soft.

The hosts were fantastic, they made us feel very welcome and suggested several places to visit and eat. Location was great too. Tranquil road less than 10mins walk to the Markt.

Absolutely nothing at all was a negative. When we look to revisit Bruges this will definitely be the accommodation of choice that we would look visit.

To be honest the whole experience from start to finish was simply perfect. A great welcome, a very useful guide to local sights and locations and some great picks that would be worth a visit. The room was exceptional and Jason and Sandra could not have done more to look after us.

Flooring creaks could be improved.

Amazing hosts! Jason & Sandra. They were very helpful and easily approachable. The room was spacious and as per the listing photos in Booking.com. Library in the room + magazines in common area. A very personalized breakfast with a wonderful personal touch from them. Also provided good guidance of key places to visit. Exceeded our expectations!

The climb to our attic room, (but our room more than made up for it!)

The room we stayed in was exceptional, clean, spacious, well equipped and homely. The en suite also surpassed expectations. The breakfast offered was the best I have had in many years of travel, truly outstanding, and set us up for a full day of discovering the beauty of Bruges. Our hosts Jason and Sandra were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable.

Absolutely everything- we were greeted with charm and efficiency. Jason even carried my bag up 2 flights of stairs!! The style of the accommodation was impeccable and top notch! Our two bedroom room was like a suite and everything was done with so much class! The breakfast was presented and prepared perfectly! This place made our trip to Bruge extra special!

This was our 2nd stay at The Townhouse, The hosts are incredibly accommodating and the attention to detail is outstanding! You would not receive the breakfast that comes included with your stay anywhere else. The location of this B&B is amazing you are only a 5 minuet walk from the centre making everything walkable, you feel incredibly safe in Bruges. The rooms here are huge you feel like you have your own little apartment for your stay! We will definitely be back for a third time.

I think this is one of the very best places we have ever stayed! The room was so comfortable and spacious, with a cozy nook for kids (two twin beds and a TV). The breakfast was delicious and the hosts were so kind and gracious. We would love to return and only wish we had stayed longer.

The Townhouse was a lovely experience from start to finish. Jason welcomed us with great tips to explore Bruges and we felt right at home. Our room was a little slice of heaven with a really comfortable bed (the bath was lovely too!) Breakfast was delicious and we left feeling recharged and happy after our stay. You really feel the work that Jason and Sandra put into their business, the personal touches, the atmosphere - we will be recommending to our entourage!
