Apartment accessories could be improved. As example only 1 towel each for 5 days is not enough, not enough toilet paper spare , no dishwashing soap provided, ….

The price at the small supermarket was way too expensive and My Son got his jbl bluetooth speaker stolen in the restaurant area in the mall. The rooms in our bungalow also or the living room air was unbreathable. A fan would of been great

There were cockroaches in our house. Cleaning could have been better - a few dirty dishes left in the cupboard, dusty carpets which is not great for someone with allergies. We also had a leaking sink, however we did not report it at the time as we used a bucket to collect the water. In the list of facilities it is stated that there is barbeque, however, this is not correct. If you plan to do that you either bring your own or need to be satisfied with the rented electrical one from the shop.

Even though the furniture and equipment in the houses is a bit outdated, there are a lot of options to keep children of different ages occupied. Our kids really enjoyed the swimming pool, playgrounds (inside and outside), and the vehicles to rent for kids.

Dinner was not great , food was expensive within the complex and quality was not good . Bland food. A big disappointment . Accomodition needed to be aired and furnishing updated . The staff at the beach were unaware they had pineapple juice even though its on their menu. They were very slow to react when someone got stuck with a boat in the water .

There was no oven in the apartment and the android tv wasnt responding to the remote. There was a moldy smell in the apartment which didnt go away with open windows but it wasnt that bad. No AC .

The park seemed to be unkempt it could do with a lick of paint and cleaned properly throughout the park but especially the beach bar area as this was full of glass bottles and cigarette stumps. The beach bar was only open once the whole time we were there.

It was a lovely area and lots of activities to do some at an extra cost. But the swimming pool was fabulous. And for little ones, it was a lot of fun.

Very large amount of noise at night time. Children knocking on the door at night. I feel like there was night patrols needed to combat the excessive noise from the beach area and children constantly knocking on the door up until 1am in the morning. General upkeep and maintenance of houses and garden areas were poor.

Great reception staff. Swimming pool was excellent. With more love and up keep of the houses this could be an even better holiday park.

I had to pay again at reception they said payment didnt go thought via booking.com I did show proof of payment on my bank account but they said no. So i had to pay again and i had to wait for days for a refund. Very hard when money is tight. There was no alternative i would have been stranded in a foriegn country with my taekwondo team with no where to stay unless i paid again

The grounds were lovely. The acommodation was great and i had the best sleep i have had for a long time

Great experience, Love the indoor pool , the playgrounds and the Lake. The Kids did not have time to be bored. It Actually took them away from they screens and wanted to explore the Camping site all the time😉. We will Defenetly Come back!

The Price at the shop is Really high, 25 cents for a coffee filter and other every day product much to expensive that most of the time we had to leave the camping site to go get basic needs at the store! And plus at the pool I had to be in bathing suit to watch my kids swim even thoo I was not going to swim myself so I thought it was kind of ridiculous especially that I was dressed light like going to the beach!

As usual, always a Great Pleasure to Come back to sunparks. It's our 4th time coming and we still love it. Thank you

Its not the first time at sunparks but now was awful. A lot of bugs in the rooms ,on the bed, etc The receptionist was very helpful and changed our house , here no bugs but as in the first one, very dirty. 😔😔😔

The cottage we stayed in was lovely there where a few holes that had been plastered over but not sanded down and painted over but didn't make the experiences of here bad at all

Love love love this place great value for money just with we had stayed longer so we could do everything on site. The shop has everything you need and in my opinion not that expensive for a on site shop when it came to the food and drinks .

felt unwanted from the moment we arrived at property asked before we arrived for to be located together which did not do no English menus said on there website everything open with entertainment which was not entertainment just on the Saturday night sports bar not opened on the Friday night closed bar on the Sunday night at just after 10 pm without informing anyone beach bar not open at any time

We were there for a sports event at Lommel Sports Centre but next time we will add afew days onto our stay to use more of Sunparks facilities .

All the park had to offer , we also liked the pond area inside the complex.

Couldn't locate a shop onsite and nothing in the local area open on the Saturday evening

Great facilities for the kids and beautiful location . Sauna in the chalet which wasn't expected.

Second Time around and Another Great experience. My Daughter lost her wallet and the next day it was found and returned to the reception. We Will Defenetly Come back😉
