The host was super attentive, available to facilitate our arrival, answering questions throughout, and accommodating our late checkout, since we were flying back late in the day. We couldn't have wished for a better host. The apartment is beautiful, well equipped and very central. We didn't lack anything.

Cleaness could have been better, but it was acceptable.

The location was super central and the apartment was spacious and nicely decorated. Internet was fast.

Beware that the building's access is limited after 6pm! We advised our arrival would be 7pm and were assured it was not a problem, but we did have some difficulty accessing the apartment - once aware of our predicament our host was fantastic and quick to help out and welcome us. Hot water also runs out quickly and you can hear outside - didn't stop us sleeping well though.

A very well equipped apartment in the heart of the city. Walking distance to major transport links and all tourist must-sees! An accommodating and welcoming host, Sergio showed us through the flat and gave suggestions on food/visits. Great value for money stay and easy to get everywhere!

Property was so close to the city centre. 5 minute walk to Grande Place. It was very clean and extremely secure with multiple front doors into the complex. Plenty of kitchen amenities, able to cook breakfast every day. Brilliant powerful shower

I liked location, since it was really close to city landmarks, in an artsy area, with lots of caffes, restaurants, live events on the square, so I extremely enjoyed my stay. Appt had everything one could need, was clean, cozy and comfortable

The hot water for shower does not last a lot.

Place was super hot so a bigger fan would have been nice. I slept on the couch the room was so warm. Windows didn't stay open well either. The shower was handheld so quite difficult to shower, just need to add a holder for the wand and it'll be much better.

Great views of the old church out the windows. Everything needed was provided, nice coffee making accessories, spacious and homey, close to restaurants, safe and secure. Modern feel with quiet neighbours.

Perfect, charming apartment in one of the loveliest areas of Brussels! The view of Saint Catherine's church alone would be well worth it, but on top of this, the apartment is cozy, well appointed, and clean. A perfect home base from which to explore the city, and a restful spot for work travelers! Sergio went above and beyond in his communication, and I felt very looked after. Will look forward to staying here again on future trips to BXL!

Excellent location of the apartment. Easy communication with the host, who, above all, turned out to be a sincere person. Our train was canceled a few days before the trip, the owner of the apartment understood the situation and we were able to reschedule our stay in the apartment. The apartment is cozy, and the view from the window deserves special admiration.

The window curtains did not function very well, so it was difficult to block light out during the night. Also the windows are single-layer ones so you can easily hear noise from the streets nearby.

Great location, walking distance to city center and nearby many great restaurants! Apartment is comfortable for a couple or a small-size family. Kitchen and dining area small but it has all the necessities. And host is very kind to leave some drinks (beers!) in the fridge.
