Our room was opened, and left open, before official checkout. We left for a bit in the morning, and when we came back (before checkout time), we found our door left open and probably someone entered, while our belongings were still in the room.

Location, cleanness, very nice room. Great accommodation to stay in Bruges. Very quiet area, still in the city center but out of the crowds.

Nothing directly connected whit the room which was good but there is a mosquito net, and if when we opened the window in the morning , there was occasionally some sulphurus smell probably from the channel

I think the shower head was broken, it was dripping down and the sound was disturbing.

It was really clean and cozy, the size of the room and the bath were big, in a perfect location near the river.

Ideally located away from the noise of the city centre but within the inner ring road. 10 minutes walk to the centre. 20 to 25 minutes to the railway and bus station. Very clean and comfortable with huge bathroom.

Unfriendly woman who lives downstairs who stinks the place out with stale cigarette smoke. Bar stools and table were not good for eating at. A more comfortable chair would be good too. Unable to control when we wanted to use the heater. I don't like sounding negative but small changes could make this place awesome. I would stay here again no problem.

Large rooms. Comfortable bed. Able to make hot drinks and microwave available. Close to city centre. Close to bus route. Really enjoyed our stay.

The wifi was sluggish. There was nowhere really to put any luggage and nowhere to put any clothes

It was clean and relatively central. Despite being on a busy-ish road, it was quiet.

Nothing really, but the bulbs had gone in two of the small ceiling lights in the main room and one in the bathroom. I’m sure this will be quickly and easily remedied.

Communication from the owner was excellent. She gave up so many tips! We took her advice about parking at the station. The location is excellent for walking into the city. We also took her advice on where to eat that evening. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and the large bed was very comfortable. Having a microwave and kettle was excellent as meant we could make our own breakfast.

Very convenient and close to everything. Facilities supported limited self catering for breakfast and lunch.

Enjoyed our stay but it felt very impersonal as there was no . one to meet and greet, but just a pin number to gain access to property. Although not a necessity having a TV in the room, would be a nice touch particularly if staying more then one night.

not far from centre but not 5 min walk as advertised. more like 10-15 mins lady who let us into the property was abrupt. smell of cigarettes when coming into the house was very strong, told the owner via message and she didn’t respond/acknowledge the feedback she had asked from. luckily our room didn’t smell of cigarettes but it was unpleasant!

Check in only from 16:30. A lot of papers with instructions around the building and room, gives it a hostel vibe. One would be sufficient.. If it's very important to turn off the lights in the hallway I would recommend to install movement sensors.

We just wish we couldve stayed longer.

The location was amazing and the room was comfortable. The host gave us lots of useful information and some brilliant recommendations for things to do in our short stay in the city. The views from the room was gorgeous and we could take lovely walks by the canal that was right outside. Its lovely and quiet, whilst still be close to the city.
