How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I cant really say there was anything we didn't like about the hotel.
The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was vey nice. The hotel was close to airport.

The manager helped us with the transfer even though our bus was late and we arrived after 11pm. All thanks to the team!

Thin hallway walls.
Communication was easy and both pickup and dropoff were punctual - and free of charge. Hotel was cozy and adequate for spending a night inbetween flights. Staff members were kind and professional. I would gladly stay here again.

it was a great option for our stay before our early morning flight. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward and the included shuttle to the airport was a huge plus, super comfortable and on time.

The highlight of the hotel is definitely the shuttle service! Fast, responsive and convenient. Generally, the staff is very friendly and service-oriented. The room and bathroom were fine. A message to all people flying from CRL airport: Buy a fast-track and allow 2 hours of margin. It is a nightmare there.

Walls were a bit thin.
Friendly staff and bus service to airport being included in the price was a massive bonus (even at 4 in the morning).

Everything was fantastic
Absolutely fantastic hotel with very attentive staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Will leave a trip advisor review too. This is a great hotel as base for exploring Belgium. It’s budget friendly and the staff will support you with your travels. Will definitely be returning!

Great location for an early start to the airport. Free lift to the airport at 4.15am. It’s not a place for a fortnight holiday but great for the airport

The sink was broken and glued together and the folded thing you use to put your bags on was missing a strap. Nothing too serious though! We would be happy to use this hotel again in the future !
Perfect for people who arrive late at night or departing early in the morning from Charleroi airport. The was basic but comfortable and clean. Exactly what we needed for our last night in Belgium since we only had a few hours to sleep before we heaf to the airport. Big plus iis that they offer one free ride to or from the airport and we used that service which was very convenient. The person who was texting us prior our arrival to the hotel (not sure if it was the same lady who we met in the morning) was very polite and helpful and answered all of our questions.We asked if there is water in the room, they said there's 2 bottles in the mini bar and upon our arrival we found 2 more on the table as well! Highly appreciated !

Some of the guests were having a bit of a party … we had to get up at 4am
Very helpful staff. Found out that we could have parked the car for free for the first 3 nights and there is a shuttle bus 🙄. Worthwhile for the airport chaos at Charleroi….

They have a small table & kitchen, but you have to bring in own food & drink however the hotel isn’t near to many shops.
Nice size bedroom, comfy bed. Brilliant staff. Hotel is super-close to airport (10 mins) and provides free airport transfers.

Excellent location, free transfer to the airport and staff were do helpful. Even though there wasn't a bar/restaurant on site the owner recommended a nearby place that was absolutely fantastic and the guy in the shop opposite was so funny and friendly. Would definitely stay again
