    Difficult to get codes, the building is not in good condition, even if the apartment is good.

    Little bit more cleaning will be better But it was ok generally

    Very practical, keys in the box, you don't have to rush to check in! 👍🏻 You have liberty. Nice apartment. Good also with kids

    No toilet paper, no hairdryer, the sofa is a bit smelly.

    The place is tidy and quite. Plus good view.

    Some of the photos are from a different apartment. The code for the door to the apartment didn't work. Luckily the neighbor came home after a while and had a key to the apartment. I was glad she did, because the landing has an unpleasant smell. The wifi didn't work, it didn't the entire stay, so I lost 3 days of work. The host was unresponsive and arrogant and didn't try to fix the situation. It is on a noisy busy road with the tram stop right in front. The trams ring a loud bell all day long. The toilet is separat from the bathroom, you have walk through the kitchen to wash your hands, they didn't put a zink in with the toilet. No soap is provided. I saw a few cockroaches.

    Spacious apartment within walking distance to most things.

    The location is absolutely horrible with crack heads walking the streets next to this location, there isn't any safe parking options nearby. The lift is so unsafe and the stairs are as tight as a small boat. There were two people sniffing paint In the ceiling on the 7th floor. The shower leaked everywhere in the bathroom. The bed sheets had mold on them. The codes for the apparentment did not work for one so my guests had to sleep on the floor with no reply from the owner trying to help us out. Will not be returning ever.

    Unpleasant smell in the building, unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Had to rewash all cutlery and all plates and glasses I was going to use. Kitchen cupboards are smelly and a bit sticky Dust builds up everywhere and on all surfaces ..moved the bed and saw the back of the fridge, very unpleasant surprises. External Cleaning service probably cleaning very superficially. However, leaving a 9 as the place deserves it, I must be honest after all. Would still come back with pleasure again.

    Wonderful Place, plenty of light and all necessary things and equipment for a shorter or longer stay. Wise division of spaces, coffee machine and beautiful shower. TV with TV box and screen mirroring. Close to transport connection, bars shops and all services. I even met the owner, kind and respectful gentleman.

    Subject: Feedback and Issue Report – Smart Appart - City Center Liège (Apartment 7.1, Booking No. 4399707313) Dear Booking.com, Thank you for reaching out. I would like to report a serious issue regarding our recent stay at Smart Appart - City Center Liège, apartment 7.1. Upon arrival, we found the apartment in an unacceptable and unclean condition. There were no towels (or the ones present were dirty and on the floor), and there was no bed linen provided. The apartment had clearly not been cleaned or prepared for our stay. Due to these conditions, we were unable to sleep in apartment 7.1 and had to stay in the second apartment (5.3), which we had booked and paid for separately for our friends. This situation made us feel very uncomfortable and awkward, as we had to share their space unexpectedly. We contacted the property owner directly via WhatsApp, as requested by her, and I sent her photos showing the actual condition of the apartment. Based on these photos and our conversation, she acknowledged the problem and promised a refund for apartment 7.1. We appreciate her understanding and willingness to refund the cost, but we believe it is important that Booking.com is aware of this situation. The experience was highly disappointing and not in line with the quality we expected when booking through your platform. Thank you for your attention to this matter.     Elevator is small. The door at main eneterance is blocked in the evening and you need to put some effort to open.

    Location was good. Clean, comfortable appartment.

    Not cleaned by the time we arrived, which was later than the check-in time. Overall quite dirty and dingy, not something that could be solved with a quick hour long cleaning. The heating was on fully, no apparent way to lower it because it was central to the building, hence the reason why the windows were all open. Finally managed to contact someone, by the time they were on their way to clean our evening was cut short and we didn’t feel like staying. The meeting of the cleaners at the shabby downstairs entrance didn’t help to convince, they were quite persistent and pushy. Overall I would steer away from staying at this place, for the same or a bit more money there are better options in Liège.

    There is only one elevator, which is a tight squeeze for more than two people. There is no direct stair access from the ground floor.

    The lift to the apartment is tiny and smelled. We did not have enough towels and bed sheets for the people we booked for. When the owner answered our messages/ calls at first he did not want to give us the requested bed sheets. He said we should use the duvet without a cover. In the end he helped us.

    Good location and the flat looks nice.
