The location fit what we needed. the location was very accessible by bus once you figure the system out (not difficult we were just going to many cities and had been navigating various public transit systems). There was a grocery store and restaurants near by - unfortunately we took a bit to find it. Our first night we had delivery pizza (PizzaService) which was pretty good and delivery was fast!

While there is a washing machine that worked fine - it needs attention. It was moldy.

Lovely spacious apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Comfy beds and nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Two flights of very steep steps in the apartment and my mum isn’t great on her feet so just be aware of this :-).

Quiet location and very friendly/helpful host.

The stairs were a bit steep and daunting at first but fine once you got used to them.

Frederick was extremely polite and welcoming. There was great communication prior to our stay which meant check in was smooth. He responded to our needs and fixed things upon our arrival. Great location, approximately 15 minutes walk maximum into the centre of the city. Information book left for guests to get information about the local area. Large kitchen and living space with enough room for families to eat together.

The stairs are very dangerous (two sets of stairs). Even as a young, mobile person, I found it difficult to go up and down. I feel that this was the biggest let down with the property as until there, you can't see or realise how difficult they are to manage, especially with luggage. When we arrived, there was only one toilet roll for 4 people for 2 nights and no towels, although Frederick quickly fixed this for us. There was only a very little amount of soap in one bathroom and none in the upstairs bathroom. With a few easy tweaks, this could be an amazing property.

Great apartment for the price: close to the historic city center and the train station, everything you need for a comfortable stay, cozy street and close to the market. Mr. Frederik is very nice and friendly. I recommend staying at Sariks Place Apartments!

    The shower is too small

For budget traveler it is a good choice. Location near the old town. Grocery store nearby. Quiet and calm neighbourhood.

Apartment needs "face lifting". TV is the only modern thing at the apartment. It was quite humid in the apartment even when the gas heater was on.

    Location was good.

The one bedroom apartment on the ground floor is absolutely not worth the price at all. The two stars are for the host who is very responsive and helpful. Issues: 1. Kitchen's architecture is horrible. Small, no proper utensils, no dishwasher, small sink, exhaust light not working, cabinets not too clean. 2. There is a partition between the living room and the bedroom and everytime you pass through, you'll bang into it. It's just unbelievably irritating. 3. The bathroom sliding door doesn't shut. Bathroom really really tiny. No soap. Towels provided were small and not professional ones. 4. Bedroom lights are horrible. Practically useless to do anything. 5. The patio is useless. Waste of space honestly. No one will sit and use that area with walls on both sides. 6. Heating system is complicated. 7. Worst of it all - at 3 am in the night, the TV switches on automatically. Absolutely no idea why.. It's horrifying honestly. We checked the TV setting for auto power on but it was OFF. 8. PARKING - Don't even get me started on this one.. You should park on the side of the highway approximately 700-1000m away from the apartment if u need free parking. 9. Bunk beds not secured to the wall and creaking. Felt very unsafe. Instead, it should be replaced with a normal bed and the sofa could be replaced with a sofa cum bed for sleeping for two people. Overall, 130€ per night was absolutely not worth it.
