Check-in and check-out were easy, and it was very convenient to leave luggage in the storage room both before check-in and after check-out. The room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities provided. The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk to the train and bus stations, with shops and restaurants nearby, yet still in a quiet area for a good night’s sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment that was lovely. Very quiet building and the road outside was quiet. The kitchen had an oven which we needed as my grandson only eats pizzas. Very clean and roomy. Bus stops very close by to reach the places we wanted to go to. It wasn't that far to walk to get the metro. Definitely stay there again. Remember to take your own coffee,tea and sugar. They provided a tea towel, washing up liquid and cloths. Even a dishwasher.

The staff is absolutely amazing. Ulviyya has been nothing but exceptional throughout the trip, finding solutions, giving tips and going above and beyond what I would expect. As I told her, we looked at a lot of hotels and this one wasn't necessarily the cheapest but there is no better bang for your buck out there thanks to the staff. I highly recommend.

The Booking.com page appears as if the pool is included in your price, but it is not. Felt a bit cheated by this (10EUR per swim). Notwithstanding the location, the accommodation was expensive and so possibly not the best value for money.

Location was great, rooms were cleaned and well stocked, although they are not serviced and so for longer stays I had to request more tea/coffee and towel change etc.

The parking was difficult although spacious enough for SUVs. It would have been nice to be informed upfront about the parking system, though. We got in there before checking in and we had to get in and out several times before parking in the right spot. Apparently many people had the same issue with the parking and in fact the first 2 spots we got assigned by the receptionist were already occupied by other cars causing a bit of frustration after several hours on the road. Perhaps one easy improvement could be to add pillows and duvets. Or just provide the rooms with larger pillows too. We also recommend getting a room/apartment in the same building of the pool/fitness center. We didn't use the facilities because we had to go outside to access and found it a bit unpractical with the kids but it's a small walking distance. The paid fee was also not well advertised during reservation. Had we known all of this, we had probably picked another hotel.

Spacious and fully equipped apartments, we got upgraded to stay nextdoor to our family that was renting in the same weekend. Well insulated, no noise at all. Safe building. They set up a nice camping bed for our kid.

The room is spacious and clean. The lady at the reception helped us park smoothly and gave us the information about our room in great details. We drove there so the location was what we expected, it is outside the city, not far from the European Parliament approx 5 min walk. People may want to go to Trone station if they want to take the underground. There is heating in the room but we left the heat building up for a while, we managed that at the end. Overall it was good experience.

There is access to a fitness centre, be aware that the fitness centre is only for adults. The pool is available for kids, but is expensive for its size (10 euros per adult, 5 per child). By comparison, a municipal pool has much more space and is 3,50 euros per adult and 2 per child. So it's more of a treat like room service than something you would do every day.

The apartment was clean, quiet, secure, and had a good (if minimal) kitchen. The kitchen had a microwave, induction range, a full oven, a toaster, a kettle, a nespresso coffee maker, and a half-height fridge with a small freezer compartment. They provide enough silverware for four and niceties like a wine bottle opener. For actual cooking, they provided baking dishes, mixing bowls, a grater, frying and sauce pans. They only had one spatula and wooden spoon, and one mixing bowl, so you can pretty easily make simple dishes, but might end up quickly washing dishes halfway through anything more complex than pasta and sauce. They provided a single dishwasher tab and two nespresso capsules, which meant that we didn't have to go shopping immediately. For the bathrooms, they provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body gel, as well as enough towels for a whole family. They also provided an iron and shoe polish, which I would have appreciated if I were staying there on business. The location is good, it's very close to station Brussel-Luxemburg and it's easy to get a train, tram, or bus around the city. It's also about a half an hour walk from the city centre. There are shops for groceries within walking distance, although some are night shops and "express" supermarkets that tend to be more expensive.

Apparently the rooms are in several separate locations, of which one next to the check in office, another a little more difficult to find, going through a passage and left. Just the instructions provided to me at the check in on how to get there could have been a little more clear.

Nothing I can think of except that it would be useful to add a few words on which buttons to press for the two front doors to open (this is in addition to the card key). This is not a big issue as there is 24hr reception next door.

Very neat and it had everything one could possibly need for short and long stays. Primarily intended for families, but I enjoyed the large apt all the same. Good insulation, no noise although it is located on a busy road. The reception staff was very nice and welcoming.

Absolutely loved our stay! The location was excellent, with all metro, train, connections nearby, cozy restaurants within walking distance. We preferred having breakfast in our room, and the delicious grocery and bakery options nearby suited us perfectly. We truly enjoyed the morning walks through the neighborhood to gather our supplies—it added a charming start to our days! We could easily walk to all the main attractions within 20-30 minutes. The room was perfect—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The beds, chairs, and sofas were so cozy, and everything was thoughtfully arranged to meet needs.The bathroom and toilet were also practical.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, making our stay even more comfortable. Spotless cleanliness, warm room and the friendly staff made it a 10/10 experience!
