Hôtel Les Écrins is a well-established hotel operating a modern, reception-less model clearly indicated prior to booking. Our policy clearly states that rooms are designed for two guests only; accommodating four guests in a double room is not permitted. Cleaning is performed thoroughly before every arrival, and we regret that you did not report your concerns immediately so we could address them. The bathroom layouts without doors are clearly shown in our photos and descriptions. We do not tolerate room overcrowding or violations of our rules, and such situations have no place at our hotel.
