Location was perfect, central but quiet Lovely comfy lounge areas , nice relaxed bar Furnishings in room so pretty Nice little touches daily like chocolates and weather forecast Nothing too much trouble for the staff , very helpful and friendly Can’t wait for my next stay !!

Basic facilities but this is understandable in an old building.

Great location, all the main sights within walking distance. Charming building and tasteful interior. Friendly staff who gave us a super tip for a restaurant frequented by the locals with excellent value for money food.

Charming Room was very small and lighting was poor.

Staff very helpful. Room very clean. Great location. Tea & bar drinks came with lots of extras.. chocolates, biscuits, savoury snacks & olives!.. very generous!

The only small flaw was the lack of a guest bathroom on the ground floor- we were told that these were in the basement and only accessible by lift.

I had remembered this hotel from a stay in 1998/9 and much of what made it special then continues to make it special now; the care and exceptional customer service of the staff, the charm and ambiance and a fabulous location.

Ensuite bathroom very hot.

Breakfast was exceptional. Iggy and Alessandra were fabulous hosts. All staff were extremely helpful, particularly our night porter and Barman (Reubin) Location was superb. Rooms were "charming" "Special breakfast juice" (Champagne) was a lovely treat

Everything was amazing. Breakfast was out of this world, with complementary champagne 🍾 Staff were so friendly & very helpful. We were offered an upgrade on our room to the Junior Suite & the room was beautiful with spectacular views of the skyline. Location is perfect to explore Brugge 😍

The hotel felt like a home, very elegant and yet cozy. All of the amenities were top line. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The service in the breakfast room was five star. And the food was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

It was a charming boutique hotel well located for a conference, but also for access to all the attractions in Bruges. The breakfasts were particularly good, but the room was excellent too.

It was beautifully appointed, the staff were extremely helpful & attentive. The accommodations were immaculate, and comfortable. Short, easy walk to all the highlights. Breakfast makes you feel like royalty, an absolutely beautiful display.

Location was superb...close to the City centre. We paid for parking right outside the hotel which was well worth it. Breakfast was excellent with a wonderful choice and attentive service. Would thoroughly recommend.

We loved our two-night stay at The Pand. The staff was particularly helpful at check-in, telling us about important sites to see and offering to make dinner reservations for us. We chose to have breakfast in the hotel on our last day and really enjoyed it.
