It is quite far out of the town and there was no late bus back so we had to get a taxi. Didn't really like having to walk down a corridor to go to the bathroom.

The noise from the bridge above they are working on , the noise jack hammers and diggers can make 🫣, but this should be relatively short term.

Really well located, with free parking and easy walk into Dinant. Mehdi was so helpful and a really nice chap. There was tea and coffee available on a table in the corridor. The room is quite basic was small but clean. You have a private bathroom but it’s not en-suite, so dressing gowns are provided. The bathroom was clean , with a powerful shower (let the water run for the hot to come through) and well supplied with toiletries. This is all in the description and reflected in the price so not a criticism. So the dog ….. he travels with us and we always book ‘dogs welcome’, but some places just tolerate to get your booking. Not here waiting he was welcome here with no restrictions and there is plenty of grass and bins near by.

Furniture was old and worn out. Price was quite high for the value. It was not very clean. Overall it was ok, but not more than that.

Free parking nearby. Easy to reach from the highway. The manager was responsive and responded fast on whatsapp, but no one was around to reach out to, we didn't see any staff members. Building has a lot of potential but unfortunately not too well maintained.

The room was nice and warm with beautiful views. Everything was clean and organice. The place has coffee and tea. Free parking in front of the apartment. The staff explained all the information very clear.

However, I found it odd that the toilet and bathroom were not in the room and were quite far down the corridor. It wasn’t easy to go back and forth. Also, I would have liked a tap near the coffee corner, as things can spill, and I had to wash my cup/spoon in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. The WiFi wasn’t very good. I’d like to add that although the towels and bathrobes were clean, they had an unpleasant odor that clung to my skin.

The location was beautiful. Free parking was very important to me. The view was perfect. I could reach Mehdi anytime by phone, which was very reassuring and important. Additionally, the bed was comfortable. Having towels, bathrobes, and toiletries was also very convenient. The microwave made things much easier for me, and the radiator was working.

Not something that affected me but important to be aware of. The stairs to the floor are steep. Nothing beyond what you can experience in Europe but good to know if you have issues.

Just about the only free parking now in Dinant, which is a beautiful little city. The owner was fantastic and quickly responded to requests.

The shower was separate from the room, which was not ideal but a minor inconvenience. The mattress felt a bit plastic which can be unpleasant in the heat, but I genereally slept quite well so it was not a major problem. The location is a little bit out of the centre, but if you dont mind a 30 minute walk you are in the city centre. Alternatively there were many Bolt scooters outside the accomodations which would take you to the centre in 5-10 minutes.

All together very good value for money. It was very quiet at night (I had the room with the garden view, not on the street), good black out cutrains and plenty of space to leave luggage. I was there on a particularly hot day and the temperature of the room was very pleasant (cool) despite the heat outside and the lack of airconditioning. Ample of tea and coffee available in the hallway. Nice outdoor seating area to have a drink of picnic dinner and nice little garden. I came by bike and was able to store it safely close to the accomotation. The host speaks Dutch, English and French (possibly even more languages, I did not ask), and responded quickly when I asked for recommendations.

It was a pity that the Bistro didn't sell food......they do, however, sell some great beer.

The location is excellent as the property is above a bistro and sits overlooking the river. It is only a short walk into the town centre. Although breakfast can be ordered I went to a local shop only about 100 metres away and purchased fresh croissant. I spoke to the owner, Mehdi, on the phone and he was really helpful. A bonus for me was being able to park my motorcycle off the main road right outside the Bistro and my room overlooked it. The Bistro did actually shut quite early and there was no problem with noise.

Our bed was a little uncomfortable, it was a bit old, and the sheets were kind of prickly. The room was very basic, but that was fine.

The bar lady downstairs brought us some croissants and made us some coffee at 10.15 am, which was fine for us. We liked the bar downstairs, it was very friendly and we had a bowl of spaghetti there, which was enormous, and very reasonably priced. Lots of beer to choose from.

A bit far from city center. We also wanted to go to the bistrot for drinks but we arrived late, because it was already closed on Saturday (around 10 pm).

Clean, comfortable rooms, beautiful view, easy checkin/out, good communication with the owner. We booked 2 rooms, blue and yellow. The yellow had the bathroom in the corridor, but it was fine for us. We were informed before arriving the instructions and indicated we could buy breakfast 50m, which was very good, and the hotel had all utensils needed, also a fridge.

Coffee tea service a bit poor and only in common area. Not a lot of tools available to use. No place to wash dishes. Could be more clean. Music until night (there is a bar just below the room), so not very quiet.

Easy check in. Always someone nice available to help you with any questions online. I enjoy my room was very comfortable and big. Nice bed. Everything was clean inside my room.

Would be nice to get some breakfast bistro - something simple: fruits, yoghurt, fresh bread, meat, cheese, boiled eggs, and coffee/thee. For a reasonable price, of course. The fridge was very small, luckily we were the only ones who used it. Maybe it would be better to get one fridge inside every apartment. Furniture's are simple. Little table and/or even foteul for two would do magic. That old cabinet and not stable strange table is not needed at all.

The hotel is very calm and clean and there is no reception. Easy to find a parking place for your car next to the door or near. Perfect for sleep owers - it has a small fridge, coffee mashine, and kettle with coffee pads and thee provided. 👌 bed was comfortable also. The shower is a separate room next to your bedroom, but you will be provided with bathrobes. All good ;) it is quite far from the centre, like a 30min walk. But we walked everywhere bc it is a nice city and was nice to absord the nature, mountains, hills, rocks and buildings on it and next to it. Perfectly calm durring New Year's Eve with a dog who is afraid of fireworks! Was only a few.
