I cant think of anything that I would change about this hotel. It met my needs perfectly

The check in process was very smooth. Even though we arrived slightly early, our room was ready. Every member of staff that we met were polite, courteous and professional. The hotel is located in a quiet street, just a stones throw from the centre of the old town. Breakfast was superb, with lots of variety.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Everything was very good. The room was spotless and had a nice, smart decor. The staff were very polite, lent me a phone charger cable when I needed one (they had lots of cables to pick from, you would be amazed how many hotels don't have a spare cable!), the breakfast was excellent. And, on top of all that, the location was great as well. Somehow managed to be central and have lots going on nearby that you could get to, and yet was still very safe and calm and relaxed feeling.

Great location - close to town center but still is in quiet area. Lovely decor and nice room. Decent size and larger bathroom. Room was in another section of hotel that overlooked a beautiful garden/sitting area.

I had a wonderful stay at Dukes' Arches. The hotel is beautiful and peaceful, and the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Errrrm not booking for a longer stay!

Very comfortable hotel with an extensive breakfast menu and very pleasant helpful staff! Bus route No1 takes you very close to the hotel and very easy walk i tothe stunning market squares. Brugge really is a magnificent clean well maintained city and we will definatelly be returning to the city and Dukes Arch hotel!

There were not enough park spaces, but it was possible to park in a parking space very near to the hotel. Here in Booking the hotel fee must be paid in advance although in the booking page of the rooms it is sated "pay at the property". Furthermore, the cancellation policy is 2 days before arrival otherwise you will be charged with the full amount. Well, this seem to be very normal for Bruges. It would be worth to include this booking option in Booking, so you can decide if you choose it or not.

The hotel is very well situated in Bruges. It is not directly in the center of the city, but it is close enough to it. The room was very comfortable and the bed was a dream. You got always a bottle of water in your room. The breakfast had the right level of variety with many fresh fruits and vegetables.

Just a touch more expensive than i'd expect for Bruges....but its a great hotel...so if you want to splurge...

I messed up on dates (booked for a day later than planned)...and hotel was so nice about just switching us without hassle and charge. Really spacious room, beautiful hotel, great breakfast!

A beautiful hotel in a great location very close to the centre of Bruges. A very comfortable bed awaits with good facilities and the breakfast is amazing. . The secure parking spaces are a real bonus and with very friendly and helpful staff, this hotel is a winner. Would definitely return and recommend.

The breakfast was of a high quality with plenty of variety. The location was perfect and very peaceful at night. The room was a perfect size for a family sharing.

Location was quiet. Hotel is beautiful and comfortable. Staff were very helpful, professional, friendly in all areas. We loved it and Brugge. Highly recommend. We were in a Luxury Suite 1st Floor that was truly comfortable and large.

I loved everything

This is my favourite hotel in Brugge. The location is perfect, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is not of the best buffets in Europe. The rooms are clean and comfortable, i highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Brugge
