Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BelgiumDishwasher was dirty. Some kitchen utensils were lacking (only 1 mug for instance, no kitchen towel). TV source language is German and cannot be changed. TV is only streaming (which did not always work well), no regular channels, this should be explained better in the appartment description.

United KingdomThe shower basin isn’t draining properly, meaning it almost overflowed every time we were in it. The balcony needs a real clean as incredibly dusty. The kitchen didn’t have a microwave, which would have been handy to sterilise our babies bottles or warm her food up. Parking, although can park outside, it is 2.50 euro per hour between hours of 9-7pm and outside the property your car will absolutely get covered in seagull droppings. Also, we noted on our booking we had a baby, the cot was not left out so had to put the travel cot together ourselves and although we were told no bedding would be provided, the cot mattress was incredibly hard so I had to improvise and use towels, my own blanket I had brought with me and then cover with the cot sheet I had brought.
The apartments lounge, dining and kitchen room is very large with lots of space. The sofa was incredibly comfortable and the tv had all the tv shows if a rainy day or want to just chill of an evening that you could want. Our little girl loved watching Disney plus! The bed was so comfortable and we had a really good nights sleep! The apartment itself consists of a separate shower and toilet room. The location was great, literally 30 second walk to the beach.

BelgiumThe parking rates were quite high because the area was designated as a red zone. If you are traveling by car, we recommend parking just outside the red zone to save money.
The apartment was spacious and comfortable with all the necessary facilities. Additionally, we were amazed at how clean and maintained the apartment was. Above all, we also had a nice view of the beach, which made our stay at Miramar even greater. Last but not least, the host was very friendly and helpful, making sure your stay at Miramar was like at your own home.

This stay was a great experience! I'm very satisfied! If I drive to Blankenberge next time, I will choose this holiday apartment again. The room is large, well-equipped, clean and tidy! The location is very close to the beach, very convenient and easy to find.

GermanyThe view from the bedroom window is not very good, so the curtain was always closed. It would be great if the apartment had a clothes dryer, as when returning from the beach there will always be things to dry.
Nice, comfortable apartment. Pleasant, responsive owner. A good repair has been made, all the necessary appliances in the kitchen are available, as well as utensils. Located on the first line, one minute walk to the beach. There are a lot of cafes nearby and a large grocery store nearby. With daily parking is a problem, but if you try you can find it at an adequate price.
