Room was very cramped , very warm, air von not working, although there was a fan to blow around hot air. No available parking, let alone disabled parking.

Its a non smoking hotel, but people do smoke inside the rooms. So it smelled terrible!! You could see the smoke inside the hallways

No signage outside, so it’s not visible from the street that it’s a hotel. No signage in the elevator or on the floors. Elevators are very dark. Rooms were not very clean. Curtains were loose and dirty. Stains on the handtowels. Hair in the bathroom. No tea nor coffee in the room No soap at the washbasin

The only positives: centrally located and very attentive staff.

Room was very hot, with it not being very hot outside, it must be a nightmare on the hot night, I still struggled to sleep. AC not working, I could open the balcony doors but every other room had access to it so preferred not to do it overnight.

Good localisation, 15 mins walk to the historic centre and Antwerp. Decent value for money. Free parking nearby.

AC is painfully weak and actually might make the air worse, looked for reviews online it seems like all room are like that. It was so hot to stay there. If they should fix one thing it's the AC or get openable windows.

Difficult to find -walked around the entire block searching for the hotel, no signs or frontage, just a small black/white printed paper with hotel name on it posted on a darkened door that looks like an office for the carpark. Room very dark, some lights did not work, worn sofa and chairs, TV did not work.

Location was good - near train, bus & tram stops, walking distance from main shopping area and tourist sites

Much to our surprise, it was impossible to lock the door. Neither was there a chain, for the hook on the door itself, nor did the actual lock work. As a matter of fact, the handle came loose.

The room was large enough to move around a bit, with fairly comfy bedding. Even though the bathroom was a bit outdated, it did have a bath and excellent shower. Good location, close to shopping area and restaurants

The hotel was very dated. the bathroom and rest of the hotel need a good renovation. on the possitive side: at the time we were sleeping in the hotel, they were renovation everything!

Lack of air in the room, no ventilation, heating device that made the air unbreathable, overall I would not recommend or stay here again. The breakfast looked not nice at all and we did not eat there in the end.

No good welcome, no brochure no lift to the sixth also room was like the attic turned into a room. Just one window not very attractive. Lots of light buttons but a few were working.
