Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsAt checkout time we had to wait for an elevator for quite somw time because every elevator that stopped was already full. The walk-in shower was spacious but the shower head was next ro the door which was illogical as the floor got wet because of this and wouldn't have if the shower head had been installed on the opposite side.
Very nice, new hotel. The beds were huge and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of food and drinks. For people who travel by train the location is excellent as the hotel is right next to the central station.

Right opposite Centraal Station and above a huge underground Parking garage - super convenient however you arrive. Check-in is friendly and fast (on line check-in is also available, but face-to-face Staff are great at explaining facilities and outlining local amenities). A friendly lobby bar has a good vibe and also offers table service for diners - you get a great menu with local cuisine without the formality of the larger restaurant upstairs. Room itself not the largest, but well laid out, clean and stunning cityscape views (5th floor). Antwerp was an interesting City & too much to do in a day and a half - so we will be returning. To the Lindner, naturally.

Hotel exceeded my expectations and added positive emotions to my first visit to Antwerp. Location is perfect - you can go all the way to the hotel through the central station. Room was spacious, bed comfy and very big. Room has everything you might need. Plenty of towels, bathrobes, slippers. Hair dryer, iron with board, safe, coffee machine. Breakfast is not something fancy but it is very good and there are plenty of options and they do have some things that are not very common - several kinds of milk, three different kinds of eggs (fried, boiled, scrambled), hot fresh waffles, cava. Staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. There are some free stuff like fruits, candies and water at the reception/bar - nice touch.

Staff was very friendly. I was checked in by a very handsome Imad. I felt very welcome and I knew my stay at this place would be fabulous. Friday evenings at the bar are fabulous 👌
