The price was higher than usual because of the F1 Grand Prix, which is understandable, though still a bit more than I would have hoped. Also, future guests should note that the unit does not have A/C.

Olivier was an outstanding host—warm, attentive, and very accommodating. Even though English isn’t his first language, we never had any trouble understanding each other. The location is excellent as well, with plenty of restaurants just a short walk away, making meals easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Oliver, the host, is super responsive and makes sure that you have everything you could possibly need for your stay in this small town. It is the best possible location for attending any race, and the convenience of walking to the track is unmatched.

The location is on a corner and as it was a big F1 weekend. The bar across the street had some noise late into the night. We still slept well, but if you are sensitive to sound it could be an issue.

The agent was very responsive and made sure everything was great for our stay. It was an easy walk to the track and the unit had all the amenities we needed.

Had a few issues with hot water going off, but owners were quick to respond. Seems to be an ongoing issue. Although did mean there was no hot water on the day we left at 7am for our Euro tunnel back which wasn’t ideal. Bring cash for the city tax

Nice spacious apartment in the centre of Francorchamps with everything you need for your stay. Close proximity to the circuit, about a 15 min walk. Street parking but managed to get a space nearby. Thanks for having us!

Everything. Stunning apartment. Beautiful decor. Home from home and had everything we needed. Great location. Michel was only a few doors away. Always on hand if needed. Very charming man. Stones throw from Spa circuit. Really charming village.

We were in town for an F1 race; we were able to walk to the track and avoid all traffic snarls. Our host, Oliver was exceptionally nice- even drove us to the train.

It is very close to the main road. The main road currently have construction. It can quite noisy in the morning due to the traffic and construction.

A fantastic apartment that I highly recommend - it was spotless and just as the pictures. Well stocked with all the essentials and a good location to access the few local restaurants that are a stones throw away. The village has a butcher next door and a lovely bakery just down the road too. Only 950m from the La Source entrance to the circuit. The owner was amazingly helpful and we were very grateful to Veronique for taxiing us to the Ster entrance whilst we were here - I'm just sorry my French was not better :-)

Noisy bar across the road but that couldn’t be helped when it’s the busy F1 GP weekend.

The property is in a great location in the centre of the village and about 20-30 mins walk from Spa racetrack. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to our messages.

When the window of the one person bedroom at the back was opened, a very strong smoky bbq smell (from the charcuterie chimney next door?) entered the room. The room remained smelly all weekend, whatever we tried. The pillows weren’t very good. There are no nearby supermarkets and Francorchamps doesn’t have a great choice of restaurants.

It was very clean, modern and comfortable. One of the appartments had a great living room. Francorchamps has a great motorsports atmosphere, exotic cars and motorcycles pass by every moment.
