A historic hotel with amazing views of the castle, recently refurbished rooms, and an excellent breakfast. They also went out of their way to fulfil a request we had due to forgetting something at home. I would stay here again.

Traffic noise, but that was unavoidable at the location.

The view, the balcony, the hotel's quirky character and the staff. Very accommodating and went to the trouble of opening up their garage for parking our motorcycle.

From the outside the hotel didn't look the best, but our room was beautiful with new furniture. We really liked the balcony with a great view.

The room was nice, clean, and spacious with a very beautiful view to the river. Location is very close to the center, only 7 minutes walking to restaurants and supermarket. The breakfast was good and the owner was kind enough to let us check out a little bit later. There is also a coffee machine and some biscuits near the entrance :)

A bit like walking into an antiques shop - place has great character. Tremendous views from spacious bedroom and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Pleasant walk into the town along the river. Good breakfast and pleasant helpful owner. Would stay again..

For some people, they may think it a little worn, but we love old buildings & overall it seemed clean.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The property is very charming and in an excellent location. The man who runs it is extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating and really made our visit excellent. The room is spacious and fitting with its location. There is plenty of natural light from the large windows allowing you to see the stunning views. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area. We stayed for the Belgian Grand Prix and it was a great location for that whilst still allowing us a great time the day before and after when we explored the village.

Brilliant quirky hotel packed with history overlooking the River and Old Town. Fabulous breakfast. Very comfortable room. Great view. Very welcoming host. Garage for my motorcycle. Morning coffee outside in the sun.

Room 45 was a double bed, we rolled over in our bed towards each other.

If you see the outside you thingk it omg but if you enter the hotel it is really cosy. The breakfast is very good. The owner is very attentive full.

Needs a little TLC but that makes the place

You’ve got to stay here to believe the place like Aladdin’s cave like walking into antique warehouse hundred of items and oil paintings, the gentleman was kind enough to open the garage to put my motorcycle in , fantastic views with a tank outside awesome great breakfast as well ,would stay again

Location is perfect. Excellent view over the river, and of the Chateau. Walking down to the city through the park and along or across the river. The host is very sympathetic and good provider of information about the geography and the history of the city. In particular WWII events.
