Location. Spacious shower. There is mini fridge. A/c in one of the rooms.

THERE IS NO PARKING AT PREMISES (main reason I booked this was free parking possibility). You need to find parking on streets by yourself. It's free from 17 to 09, but still. Apartment is falling apart :)

Ease of access, smooth communication with the owner, excellent localisation, the view on the river.

Great central location just a stone throw away from all the facilities and attractions. Easy access to the accommodation with clear instructions received from the owner.

Apartment was relatively small and could have been a bit cleaner.

Excellent location, above a restaurant very close to everything. On the banks of the Meuse with lovely views. We found a covered car park a short walk away, just needed to top up each morning, relatively cheap.

Bathroom wasn't good, no window, no fan so a bit smelly. Certainly could do with updating. Not fair to comment but day temperatures were in the early 30s and this fourth floor apartment was in the roof space so got very hot. A portable fan helped though

Self-check in was easy, code provided via email. Floors had been swept. Beds were comfortable. Location is great.

Furniture was old and dirty. Blue suede couch was brown and shiny in spots from wear and age. Dining table chair cushions were torn. Coffee maker flooded water all over the kitchen counter. No hand soap provided in bathroom or kitchen. No curtains provided at huge windows across entire wall facing river so the afternoon and evening sun, on the hottest day of the year, super-heated the entire apartment. Contrary to Booking.com details, there is no a/c in this suite but there are 2 pedestal fans that can be moved into the bedrooms at night to push around the hot air. Hotel-specified details of 'hardwood or parquet flooring' are a lie, it is cheap vinyl that sags and creaks. Free toiletries? Well, there's wall-mounted shampoo and shower gel, which is nice but not a substitute for hand soap. Not the hotel's fault, but there was an unfortunate-looking spill (vomit??) in the stairwell on our departure, so another resident sometime overnight had caused a mess and it still hadn't been cleaned up by 10am. Cable tv channels? Maybe, but we couldn't get any reception on the tv. All in all, this was ok for the one night we needed to spend on route to our final destination. I would have been complaining in person if we were staying longer as the suite didn't live up to the details provided on the website.

The location is great! The beds are comfy as well.

Worked great for our family. Couldn’t quite remember what I had booked and was a little worried on entry. You just get a code that opens the main door and room door, it is very small basically a narrow door leading to a staircase but the room was great. It is basic but clean. For our family of 4 the room door opened to a little hallway with the bathroom and there were two bedrooms one set up with two twin beds and one with a king. In the bigger room there was a little fridge, desk and small table. Nothing was fancy and it felt almost like a dorm room but everything was clean and comfortable. The bigger room had ac, the secondary room was a little Tonware but it was VERY hot while we were there and it was still manageable. The location was great! Right in the center. Sebastien was very good about responding to any questions we had immediately.

Water pressure was a little low.

Amazing location in the heart of Dinant. Room was very comfortable and clean. The owner gave us clear instructions for the check in and the parking options, as well as had considered also providing coffee capsules for the coffee machine. I definitely recommend it.

Excellent communication by the hotel, perfect explanation on how to park and enter the hotel. The location is outstanding. Very clean and neat. Considering the price, all in all is very good.

No lift and no small towels in the bathroom.

Fantastic location, perfect view, friendly and attentive staff, large apartment, surprisingly good sound insulation from the outside noise.

Keep in mind there is no elevator/lift, so if you are staying on the 3rd or 4th floor that might be an issue for some.

Not so much for us, but the climb to the 4th floor may be a struggle for.so.e.guests. would be worth advising this in booki g process.

The location and view from the apartment was perfect. Be sure to book the apartment with river view it is worth the money. Bed was very comfortable and over all the apartment was really nice and spacious. Really nice bathroom. I Really recommend this place if you come to Dinant. Restaurants are just next door also and short distance to train station

Location. The apartment is situated under the Citadel and across the road from the Adlophe Sax statue and museuum. The view from the apartment is fantastic, with plenty hapoening to keep us amused.

The stairs are not for the faint-hearted! We were on the top floor so a lot of stairs to reach our magnificent viewpoint.
