The only thing is the room was very small, which was fine as I was a solo traveller and only needed it for sleep. But it really would have been a struggle for two people!

Lovely stay in a good location. Stayed here during the heatwave for the aircon and proximity to coast and also easy train to Ghent/Bruges. Suited my needs. Supermarkets near by and lots of restaurants. friendly staff

Parking is difficult. Quite Small rooms, stairs are not for the faint of heart. No matter how old, take the elevator unless there’s a fire of course.

Nicely updated, close to beach front if you want it. Pet friendly. Decent breakfast.

If a hotel is family-friendly, at least add a changing station for a baby somewhere. Saying to family with a baby to change his diaper on a table is not pleasant at all.

The pillows were too soft and gave us neck pain and made our overnight stay less comfortable. The room could also do with a small fridge. The noise outside is very loud, perhaps double glazing if possible.

Our room was a bit small, but still adequate for one adult and two small children. There was no seating in our room due to lack of space. A small shelf next to the beds would have been good. As it is centrally located, there are not many parking spaces. There is an in-house garage, but unfortunately not enough. You have to go to St. Jozef School, for example.

Slight smell in the bathroom. Needed to keep the windows open for fresh air. I think it has to do with the sewer system.

Completely renovated, modern hotel. Rooms are small but comfortable. Very dog friendly hotel, they are allowed even in the breakfast area. Also the house dog hangs around. :-) employees are super friendly. Location is walking distance from the boulevard and beach

The room was very small (almost impossible to completely open a medium-sized suitcase. Very strong and almost unbearable sewage smell in the bathroom. The room was not soundproof; street noise was audible even with earplugs. Breakfast: I would have preferred less choice but higher quality items. They charge €10 per day per dog but NO extras were provided. There were NO dog beds, treats or bowls.

Dogs allowed in the dining room. Friendly staff. Clean and modern room. Possible to reserve paid parking nearby. In the town centre and within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, tram station.

I booked a hotel with parking and there is none. We found a map in an envelope with two private parking lots that were hard to find. They were very expensive and a 15-minute walk from the hotel. For me, who is a mom and has 2 children, the most important thing when I book a hotel is breakfast and parking. Unfortunately, there is none.

The description of the room does not correspond to reality: no city view (but you can see and smell smth awful from the window- look at the photos! - I couldn't open the window because of the smell), no wardrobe or closet, and of course no soundproof : you can hear all neighbours. It all was in the description. Plus - it was not in the description - but without for example the bedside tables and even a little table in the room is absolutely uncomfortable. I said about the problems to the staff and the reply was: we cannot make description to the every room. That's all, without intention for example to change the room or even to say sorry.
