Everything as it should be. Very friendly staff, quiet location, a comfortable bed, all clean and well maintained. My trip was business related and I plan to return to De Joker more often.

Most of the beds were comfortable but the bed in the downstairs bedroom was lumpy and my father in law said he didnt sleep very well.

Very nice 1 night stopover on our way to the channel tunnel. Friendly host, lovely breakfast, extremely nice bathroom facilities.

Nothing, I had everything I needed, and in perfect surroundings, couldn't ask for more.

Absolutely fabulous place, couldn't recommend it more, when I arrived the lady waited up for me as my flight was delayed, on walking into the room it was very homely, could see they took the time to decorate it nicely. Had all the amenities I required and more....plus a full fridge of Belgium and international lager/beer. The weather was great, so I enjoyed the outside the private 'sun-trap'. The surrounding area was really peaceful and secure, I will be back for sure.

Would have preferred a lighter duvet as the one on the bed felt too warm.

Really liked the fact that we had a own entrance and the room and outdoor seating area is separate from the main house. Really cosy and lovely little touches. Breakfast was great, with good variety of choices. Our host was very friendly and welcoming. The garden outside the garden looks very inviting; would be fabulous during warmer evenings. Good little kitchenette which would have been very useful if we had stayed longer than the night.

For a B and B at this value nothing could be improved. The overall experience of comfort and facilities could not be bettered by many 'so called hotels'. There was nothing that we didn't like!

Breakfast was great with a good selection all very nicely presented. We were en-route to Germany so it was a perfect stopping place within just 2 to 3 minutes drive from the motorway and about 5 minutes drive from various restaurants in the town if an evening meal is required. There is also a small eatery just a minute away. The bedroom was far more luxurious and spacious from what you would normally expect a B and B to provide together with a very well equipped kitchenette. The bedroom was very warm and the temperature could be amended to suit ones preference. The Dining Room was also very light and warm, altogether an excellent experience!

We were greeted very warmly. The staff is kind and cheerful. The room is cozy and warm. Clean bed linen and towels. Comfortable beds. The small kitchen has all the necessary essentials. Breakfast is delicious and filling. The accommodation left a very pleasant impression.

Im not that often in Turnhout to stay there.

Nice and lovely managed B&B with a great breakfast which variety is much larger than in a lot of big hotels. And the friendliness is outstanding, you will feel very welcomed. It is in a very quiet neighbourhood but also not too far from the motorway, too.

Nothing! It was excellent!

It was a stunning place, beautiful studio apartment with everything you could need. The kids loved the park opposite which was a nice touch after travelling. The bed is super soft. Breakfast included was lovely and the food superb and service excellent! The kids ate easily and enjoyed.

The location is excellent, a really quiet area. The BBitself is lovely and very clean. We loved our room/apartment, the decor was exceptionally well done. It has a lovely big modern bathroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast was superb and the hostess very welcoming and friendly. We'd definitely return if possible.

Due to location there is limited availability of evening food without driving out, there is a kebab/pizza takeaway that does deliver.

The property is a very nice small peaceful place to stay, very clean and well looked after, the owner is a fantastic host, would definitely stay again and recommend.

The only thing that let it down very slightly was the bin was not emptied after the previous guests. Aslo, if travelling with a baby bear in mind this is a multitiered floor so you really have to have your eyes everywhere as there is a risk of falling down steps.

Lovely little place, very private with your own entrance. Excellent breakfast and a very helpful, friendly host. Definitely recommend.

The room was very clean and welcoming. It was a great space, which would've held 5 people comfortably. Location was a nice cul de sac away from main roads. Very quiet at night times, but easy to get to local amenities. Host was very lovely and helpful.
