Every was perfect. It was without doubt the best B&B I have stayed in.

Having to leave. I would definitely stay again when we are in the area and would definitely recommend. Everything about the accommodation was pure quality. Breakfast was excellent. We arrived in the early evening and were invited to help ourselves to tea coffee and snacks that were available in the breakfast room

Best breakfast ever in Europe. Landlady. Peggy was very helpful, even guiding us on places to visit ad where to eat in the evening.

Shower temperature control in room 1 but not major issue.

This is an excellent place to stay if you are visiting the Ypres area. We were cycling to watch the Tour de France and around the historic WW1 sites. Peggy, the host, was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We were able to check in early, and there is excellent bike storage and easy, free parking. The food and drink - homemade sweet treats, hot drinks, well stocked honesty bar, and breakfast - were all excellent. Our room was large, stylish, and very quiet and comfortable (including aircon and good WiFi ). Highly recommended!

The only tiny comment on the place itself was that the pillows weren't that comfortable. The area is lovely but there are no eating places in walking or short cycling distance open other than on weekends. This meant we had to cycle into Ypres each evening ( around a 14km round trip and luckily very nice weather), or others would have to drive and sacrifice have a delicious Belgian beer with dinner!

Very clean and comfortable. All the fixtures and fittings are high quality. The owner, Peggy, is friendly and very helpful. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious. Excellent shower. The bed is large and very very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice and very tasty. Many things are made by Peggy herself. There is the option of eating breakfast in the garden. Last but not least, there is aircon throughout. This was an absolute boon with the outside temperature being 38 degrees.

Nothing at all. The best bed and breakfast we've stayed in by far.

Lovely friendly hosts, we were very spoilt, it was fabulous. Best B&B we've ever been to. The breakfast was outstanding. Our room was spotless, and our bed was very comfortable. We sat in the garden and were made very welcome. We could store and charge our bikes in the shed too. You won't be disappointed!

We loved everything about our stay, the accommodation, the area and Ypres city and would definitely recommend a visit. Le Shuttle in Calais is just over an hours drive away, ideal for UK visitors. The b&b is a 10 minute drive into the City with free all day parking at the station and a short stroll into the centre. Our host Peggy was so welcoming and very passionate about her b&b, providing the best ever service. Her home is beautiful, so clean and well designed and had everything we could possibly need. Breakfasts were delicious, everything fresh and so much of it. Also, a lovely welcome home at the end of each day with freshly baked cakes. A coffee machine in our room and tea and coffee making facilities in the dining room along with a mini bar and snacks. Very comfortable bed and fabulous large walk in shower. You won't be disappointed.

The property is brand new. It has been designed for purpose with attention to detail obvious everywhere. We had the best nights sleep of our road trip to Europe. Peggy’s devotion to her new “career” is very apparent. She is passionate about your experience being the best it can be! No spoilers here but breakfast should not be missed under any circumstances!

There is nothing you could find fault with.

Beautiful B&B, the room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious, Peggy was very kind to offer me gluten-free options. I loved her homemade jam! The shower was powerful and hot. Easy to park outside the property. Five minute drive into the town. I would thoroughly recommend Peggy's beautiful B&B for any stay in the Ypres area.
