The check in wasn’t as efficient as it could have been. It is a remote service via email and code entry to gain access and keys. The streets nearby are a cut through for party goers at nearby restaurants so it is noisy in the night if the room is at the front of the building

Perfect location for sight seeing very central The room and bathroom is very spacious and stylishly furnished with a sunny balcony. Coffee and tea making facilities are available in the unstaffed dining room. The building has charm and character but with a modern bathroom

It wasn't very obvious when we were trying to find it as it just had a tiny sign next to the door.

It was an amazing building, huge rooms and well decorated, great bathroom, we loved the tea room and courtyard and the location. The parking was handy too.

No staff at the "hotel": that could be really bad when you need something or some information, like we did ... They didnt anwered the phone ... There was no ammenities in the bathroom (no soap or shower gel).

I chose to use the public parking and the nearby one was full so I did have to lug my suitcase and other bag for a good 20 minutes. Issue being that I couldn't pull my case given the cobbled streets. It is what it is though as it's an old and beautiful city. I think you can use parking offered by the property but I wasn't able to sort this out from my end

The place was massive, over two stories (although the upstairs had no furniture in it) and a balcony. One bathroom, one separate toilet and one shower room and a massive living area. Extremely comfortable bedroom. Shame I only stayed for one night and by myself! Location was fantastic too. Literally a 2 minute walk from the stunning centre of Bruges

No garbage bin in the living area close to kitchen and i couldn't find iron. ( That's not a big deal anyway. Maybe if i asked the manager she could find one for me) TV wasn't run. Who cares. I would come for my next trip.

The room we stayed was huge and two stage level pretty nice, cozy, kind of comfort zone. Close to everything you need by walk. We went through middle ages bye walk. i liked the balcony.

The apartment was bigger than expected, in a great location with extra facilities such as outdoor seating in a courtyard, and a common room with refreshments available and the quality within the apartment was excellent.

We stayed in a lovely, stylish apartment with two large double bedrooms. The master bedroom was absolutely massive, with a comfy sofa, a TV, and big windows overlooking a pretty little square with a lovely coffee shop just across the way. The ensuite bathroom was really spacious with a big bath, though a proper shower would have been a nice touch. There was a shower in the second bathroom — quite small and a bit awkward to get into, but it did the job just fine. The apartment had beautiful high ceilings, big windows, and the beds were really comfortable. It all felt quite luxurious. The location was perfect — nice and peaceful where we were, but just a two-minute walk and you were right in the heart of Bruges. We also really appreciated having parking arranged through the hotel, which made everything much easier.

There weren't enough kitchen tools. We use the kitchen when travelling with the family as eating out all the time is really expensive.
