The location of the hotel is great, it's very close to the beautiful church, and around the corner the main square with the beautiful architecture. From our room we had a great view at the church. The staff is very friendly and willing to help to make out stay a great experience.

The location is awesome, breakfast is great, and the staff is friendly. The design of the rooms is extraordinary.

The bed was comfortable and the bath was big enough for two people. The room looked very nice and the layout was good.

The halls looked a bit dodgy and the walls were very thin. The windows don't block any noise from outside. The room was pretty dusty.

The location is great.

Bathroom door and inside stall could use a new coat of paint.

Location was central, wonderful service. Breakfast was @$20.00, but outstanding. Shower was perfect, rain shower head, all new. Soaps, shampoo, conditioner all good quality and eco friendly. Mini fridge and sage in room. In room Complimentary Chocolates and bottled water was super generous. Linens were great, bedding was very comfortable. My room faces the square, and was not loud-note my stay was mid week. But the city shuts down by 10pm, so no loud noises.

Hard to think of anything

There is a lot of noise coming from the street at night when they clear the day's garbage using large trucks. The rooms have doubole glazed windows I believe but the room is still very noisy.

The location was perfect. Despite being near the Cathedral and old town facilities, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The shower itself and products could not have been better.

Slightly disconcerting arrangement with a transparent door on the shower. Very limited tea, coffee and milk in the room.

The location is great. Super central. Staff are friendly. Room is good sized and the shower is great, very clean.

Some mould on the ceiling of the bathroom. I stayed on the first floor and it was very noisy specially in the morning, on both days, I could hear people moving tables downstairs it was quite loud and disturbing and lasted for hours. The hotel probably knew about the noise level and provided ear plugs.

Location, design, proximity to old centrum of Anwerp

Manager, super unprofessional. I called the property to ask a question, whether something would be possible. She did not even let me explain myself, was super mean and angry, that’s not how hospitality sector should treat its customers.

Reception closedown. No Reception open during night nice room but doesn't reflect photos on website.

Great location, excellent breakfast, and very helpful front desk staff who assisted us with registering our car for the low emissions zone.

The decor was great!

Staff was incredibly accommodating given our very late check in and made everything so easy. We also overslept and they let us check out an hour late. Food and wonderful, and ws, gracious wonderful people in the cafe/bar adjacent, especially the Venezuelan server who’s a musician whose name escapes me! We met a couple who were having coffee and were looking for a hotel and we highly recommended you!!

Quite loud early morning hoovering (?) or noise from outside but we fell back asleep - for too long actually (see above)!
