Due to ongoing renovations, there were issues with the air conditioning. However, they provided me with a fan, which was sufficient to keep the room well-ventilated.

The rooms were comfortable, and I stayed in different ones over a 10-day period. The staff were all amazing and very helpful—my sincere thanks to them. The breakfast was pleasant and had a cozy atmosphere.

The steak I ordered at the restaurant was not as good as I expected.

The staff was very helpful. We found the B17 memorial in Grand Leez with the help of the lovely woman at the reception who called the tourist office for us. That was above and beyond her duties.

There was a slight problem with the deposit we paid to reserve the hotel as it took time to be canceled. The breakfast room was very busy and tables at a slight premium.

We had a lovely spacious room, very useful as we arrived too late to eat in the busy restaurant, so we had a picnic in the room. The breakfast in the morning showed us this was a hotel that cared about the quality of the food it served. Although this is a large hotel with many rooms it did not have that feel.

It was one of those hot nights and there was no airco, but the window needed to be closed because of the road noises. Didn't bother me too much though.

I had a spacious single bed that was very comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious, loved that. Even though you're close to a noisy road, when closing the window you didn't hear that at all, noise isolation was super! Breakfast was good, and the personnel checking in and out was very friendly. I only stayed for the night as I was traveling to a wedding the next day, but it had everything I needed.

On 27th July at 10pm there was an awful lot of scraping of chairs and people walking, I went to reception to find out what the noise was, I was informed that they had a meeting room above my bedroom and my friends bedroom next door…full of people, but it was now just finished. I was woken up at 4.30am with the same, I duly got dressed and went upstairs, it was the cleaner moving tables, chairs etc… not happy at all. My advice is do not take a room on the ground floor. -1 on the lift, below reception. Stayed 18th July and stayed 2nd floor no problem.

The location was great, fuel station right by. The room we had were two single rooms on ground floor. Bedroom was quite small although comfortable, bathroom a nice size and a lovely shower. Had an evening meal and it was delicious, staff were all very friendly and very helpful.

Room was airy and comfortable with a nice en-suite. Food was good at the hotel and we ate here both nights of our stay. Breakfast was typically continental and more than adequate. Would stay here again!
