The staff were very helpful from the very start of our visit. The room was really comfortable. Great breakfast to start the day.

On arrival we were not allocated the room we had booked through Booking.com overlooking the river and city. However this was rectified and we were given a lovely room, but at an extra charge. Do not think the room allocation was the fault of the hotel, but by Booking.com.

The hotel is in an excellent postion overlooking the river and very central to all the attractions of Ghent. The staff were extremely friendly and the receptionists could not do enough for us to make our short break in Ghent so enjoyable.

Our room, 311, was quirky, as the toilet room is separated from the bath and shower room. Automatic light in toilet room comes on full, even at night time, and automatically stays on for five minutes. But has a door that closes fully.

Great view overlooking the canal and close to city square. Bed is two twins pushed together so there is an uncomfortable crack down the middle. 10 minute walk to tram line and 10 more to train station. A great home base for visiting Belgium!

Can't complain!

Central location, great base to explore Gent from (especially during Gentse Feesten). The family room is a bit dark, but spacious and comfortable. Quiet enough to not be bothered by any street noise. The heated swimming pool was a nice bonus.

The only downside was that we had a room overlooking the river - giving us a lovely view - but there is a bar opposite that stays open very late, and which can get rather noisy sometimes.

Great location by the river, most attractions and restaurants within easy walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff - left a gift for me on my birthday. The room was huge, very big bed, tea and coffee making facilities, plenty of space to relax. Great to have the pool to cool off in after a day of sightseeing.

The first night we left all the windows open for fresh air and let many mosquitos in. Next 2 nights we used the air conditioning and it was much better.

No bathtub, the shower causes water to spread across the bathroom floor.

Unlike typical cramped family hotel rooms, this one offers a spacious, modern, and well-designed experience. Its sleek decor extends into the bathroom, creating a calming and inviting atmosphere. The room feels like a cohesive part of the hotel’s creative and harmonious design. Even the breakfast area bathroom is beautifully done and could benefit from a more thoughtfully designed corridor to enhance the overall guest experience.

We loved our stay at hotel Harmony! The breakfast was absolutely top notch! The Gentse Feesten was happening during our stay, so when needed we could just pop in to our room and relax for a while, as the location was in the middle of the city. As the weather was nice most of the time, we used the lovely swimmingpool too 👍

receptionist on checking in was less than helpful as we asked for a text or call when our room was ready and she said we would have to call to check, which was very poor service. Not comfortable chairs in the seating area.

They gym felt oddly placed in a screened thoroughfare between the. Lift and the.pool, as wel las only having 3 bits of equipment. We didn't use it.

Location was fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was wonderful, and breakfast sat outside was beautiful.
