Lack of official on site parking.

Spacious room and excellent en-suite with instant hot water and a good shower. Tasty breakfast included in the price. Great location for town centre and restaurants.

Older type of TV which didn't cast, weak WiFi, overly soft and tall mattress, weak water pressure in showerhead.

Good air condition, pets allowed, bed for my dog, good breakfast, sauna and gym for using, mini fridge and kettle in the room and buildin big closet, loveseat in the room which could change on another bed, nice walls in the bathroom, friendly staff.

We had a nice comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn in Hasselt. Lovely location. Parking nearby. I liked that we were able to choose between a soft and a hard pillow. That was very thoughtful. The room had enough space for a family to stay in. It was very clean. We were able to check in at 23.20u. The person at the reception was very friendly.

Very good hotel. It's not the first time we've stayed at hotels of this chain, and we always have a pleasant experience. Please note that if you have an LPG car, it's better to choose the Astrid parking lot, as other nearby recommended parking lots do not allow entry for gas-powered vehicles.

Although the hotel was listed as if it had parking, this was not the case, parking was next to the hotel but still it was not part of the hotel and expensive.

Hotel was nice and modern, People on service was gentle and patient. Breakfast was really good. Beds are cozy.

Restaurant was fairly expensive, we didn't eat there because of this. And it was closed early on the Sunday after we arrived.

Clean and presentable, good location and parking underground. Nice area near the dock area and close to the town. Good location and staff were friendly.

When you get to the hotel no possibility to leave the car in a temporary place for check in and not even normal parking place very close, a bit uneasy situation therefore the only option is the enter in the garage, very close and convenient but rather expensive, 21 euro 1 night and not suggested while the booking

The serving time when eating at the restaurant, could be quicker.

The friendlyness of the staff and the absolute amazing comfort of the bed ! Rarely experienced such comfort.

We arrived at 9 after a long drive and it was not possible to eat anything.

Breakfast was very good. Location was great. Room wasn’t huge, but we had two double beds which were crammed into a normal size room.
