No sofa no organized kitchenet area no wine glasses no fans or AC loud street noise couldn't shut the windows to block out.

Location of microwave No appropriate facility to wash up the dishes/ utensils No couch / sofa in the living room. A sofa could replace the baby cot.

Loved everything!

The apartment is in the heart of the city at a lovely square. Couple of steps from the middle of the old city, but far enough from the very busy areas. There are three very decent size rooms, two bedrooms and a bright living room. The size and the warmth of the bathroom was refreshing! Getting in was easy at arrival. I got a short description about it beforehand. I am sure I'll come back to the same place next time too.

The radiators went off at night in the kitchen and living room, so in the morning place felt cold (temperatures outside were below zero). However, after contacting the owner the radiators came on again, so swiftly sorted.

Very very clean in a quiet location, yet just few minutes from the main square. Perfect!

Lovely big rooms in a great central location. Frederic was very helpful and the check in was easy. Some great restaurants and cafes close by and a 5 minute walk to the canal or the market square.

Heaters is a problem. If you stay in the two bedroom there is no kitchen facilities, so you do not know what to do with the dishes.

Some comfy seating ( sofas ) in the lounge would have been nice but we still had a great stay.

Excellent location close to the main market square and other attractions. Very comfy beds and great shower and spacious apartment. limited parking outside the apartment there were 3 disabled spaces and electric charging points.

Couldn't find a wine opener, heat was tricky but neither was a deal breaker.

Host was marvelous, location was excellent, residence was quite nice. Host was very good at communicating with us. Host left us some delicious baked goods.

WASHING MACHINE shown in bathroom photo NOT available for use. Had we remembered laundry detergent, we would have started a load as soon as we arrived; there's no "out of order" or "do not use" note. We were only told about a "leak" after asking about laundry soap. Owner texted: "It is not even mentioned on booking that there is a laundry facility" so do not be misled by the photo like I was. There's a shower as shown in the bathroom photo, not a bathtub as listed in writing. None of the three flatscreen TV's worked. Also, make sure there's hot water before taking a shower instead of assuming there is a long hot water delivery time like I did. After a cold-water-only shower our first morning there, I texted the owner and she was able to resolve the problem right away.

Location was amazing. Plus, it was great to have so much space.

No house number available from the street, even the taxi driver could not find it. The clothes washer leaks all the water over the bathroom floor. Very slippery and dangerous. Bars across the street are loud and seem to be open until 6am. Landlord comes into the apartment whenever they seem to want. Do not leave your valuables in the apartment. This is the most concerning. There seems to be a shake down with the landlord extorting cash from customers. They claim it is a tax with no invoice or receipt.

Location was good. Apartment is clean.

It does suffer from lack of a kitchen sink. I would be concerned for the sanitary ware in bathroom, with people washing plates in bathroom.Perhaps regulations forbid a kitchenette off a bathroom but if allowed l would suggest a panel wall in bathroom and a simple kitchen. Just a suggestion. Heating good but timings a little unpredictable. Stairs may be an issue for some but well worth effort for being so close to market square. (4-5 min walk)
