Very charming small hotel located in green area & walking distance from town. Nice bedroom,wonderful breakfast & lovely staff.

AC - OK, but a little bit too drafty. No soap in the bathroom, only bath gel, so washing hands problematic, as the gel was only availabe in two little tubes. I like washing hands several times per day.

A cosy hotel, with nice interior in pleasant colours. A comfy bed. Nice staff. A very good restaurant. A SPLENDID breakfast, really delicious. A possibility of fine dining - we enjoyed our dinner very much. Would like to return.

Little noisy AC and road was dug up plus limited parking but we still got it. Nothing to hate really- it's a lovely place, a bit expensive for the facilities.

Excellent property, great staff, restaurant and the area is amazing. A bit away from beach and main shopping area, but it's in the quiet affluent neighbourhood of Knokke. Love the ambiance and facilities. Loved that they gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne!!

Visible stains on the ceiling from killed insects. Stain on the side of the matress. The rooms are quite noisy. Breakfast only available from 8am and not before. The receptionist fortunately was so kind to offer a solution since I had to check out really early. I feel that the room was a bit overpriced.

Smooth check-in. Kind receptionist who is client oriented. I received a little chocolate welcome gift. Nice restaurant. Nice skin care products in the room. Free parking on site.

the rooms where a little bit to small (we took a standard double room) We had very noisy neighbours that keep us awake untill 2am. The walls are not silentproof. We heard the neighbours taking showers, using the toilet and here them talking.

It was very hot weather when we were there. The bedrooms had a Dyson fan but as temperatures rise they really need aircon.

Lovely hotel about a 15 minute walk from the beach. We ate in the restaurant in the evening which was very popular with locals too. This is on an affluent area and restaurant prices reflected that ( bottle of still water was €12). The staff were very friendly and the food was very good

For the number of star this hotel has I must say it is wonderfull, we knew the place for it d restaurant which is very good, the fact that the hotel has the restaurant is a very plus since a lot of hotels in knokke don t offer that. the staff was very friendly, at the reception, in the restaurant and at breakfast. I can only recommend to stay there.

Minor point: bathrooms could do with an update. But thats really being picky.

Rooms are large and cosy. Decoration is slightly outdated but in good shape. Rooms are clean. Bathrooms are ok. Staff at the reception were always friendly. We arrived with two dogs, which was not a problem (hotel charges 30 euro extra/day). Breakfast is very nice: nice restaurant, good selection and a very attentive and nice lady in charge. The hotel has a parking, but only with space for 11 cars so it might happen that you have to park in the street in front (payable weekends and off days). Location is very nice. Just not that ‘Marie Siska’is next door, and that the large playground can create some noise during daytime.

Very noisy room. Cleaning staff facilities next to it and above entrance so all late arrivals during the night could be heard and woke us up. Did not sleep at all.

Firstly, I send a message to the hotel asking for a room in a quiet area and we have to stay in the worst room close to the lift and stairs, so very noisy area. It was not pleasant because the soundproofing is very, very bad‧ Unfortunately, our room didn't meet our expectations. When I booked the room I chose one with 2 single beds. When we arrived, the room had only one double bed. We saw sofa and cosy design furniture on the pictures, but unfortunately it was totally different in reality :-( The furniture looks very basic and cheap.

The hotel stays in a very nice area; very safe and close to restaurants and beach. Large choice for the breakfast. Tasty food and friendly people for the service.

Three business colleagues first night bar and whole hotel closed at 23.00 not an unreasonable time but we should have been given notice of this Second night at about 21.50 and having ordered a round of drinks about 21.40 we were suddenly told that the bar was closing at 22.00, we asked if we could finish our drinks in the lounge and were told " NO " This is totally unacceptable , If this is the hotels policy guests should be told in advance, Very embarrassing I was the one that recommended the hotel to my two German colleagues
