A mouse ran around the bar area when we were having a drink we reported it to bar person and reception was told there were traps and they would report to management.

Breakfast was good busy at times but plenty of choice. Location was excellent everything within walking distance. I liked the idea if you didn’t need your room cleaning you got a free drinks voucher.

I don't love how they charge for early checkin but they do hold your bags for you both before checkin and after checkout. On the Saturday night there was bass from a nearby club until 6:30am but fortunately this is only on the weekends. If you are staying on Friday or Saturday I suggest ear plugs.

The hotel is very well-located right in the heart of the old center. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed very comfortable. The shower was huge and there was tons of hot water. The breakfast was a real standout- the staff there were so friendly and there were tons of delicious options.

Switching between lifts when you need to go in the underground parking lot

Luxurious, even if in an old building. In the city center, with connections to all places and plenty of restaurants around.

There was a lot of people at the reception desk when we arrived which made the entrance very crowded, but we understand this cannot be helped.

The location was absolutely perfect and the private underground parking made getting to the hotel quick and easy. The room was modern and extremely clean.

Our room wasn’t ready at check in time (15:00) and we have to wait 45min.To say sorry they paid one day parking fees not something special but still ok

The location is perfectly situated for a visit to Ghent's many attractions. A 5 minute stroll to the canal and the historical waterfront. Cathedrals, churches, and the magnificent town hall are immediately adjacent to the hotel. Very friendly staff and a good breakfast. Oh, and a very short walk to the shopping district. We loved Ghent and this hotel is a super choice for your accommodation.

Quiet! Very comfortable bed, I even had to ask about their pillows. Great location and friendly staff. Bonus if you choose a day(s) to not get your room serviced, you get drunk tickets for the bar.

Everything. All the details from the water and candy at the front to the spa and extras in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Even got free drinks if we decided not to utilize housekeeping which we didnt. The locations was amazing. Perfectly close to everything.

The hotel is perfectly situated to explore Ghent. It is spacious, modern, very clean and the rooms where all a generous size with very comfortable beds. Staff are super professional and helpful. We would stay here again. We loved it.

The hotel buffet dishes were luke warm. Sad because everything was exceptional

From the moment we arrived, everyone was brilliant It was our anniversary and the bed had been sprinkled with petals and there was a tart to eat. Breakfast had brilliant choice of everything and freshly cooked meals. I loved the ethos of being green. They mean it. Don't have towels changed everyday, a wine voucher is attached to your door. The hotel is central just around the corner from the cathedral and walking everywhere Alvero in the bar was great

The NH is perfectly located in the heart of Ghent, in close proximity to attractions, shopping, transport and plenty of restaurants and bars. It is extremely clean and the rooms are very generous in size.
